As Hilton members, we usually get bottled water for the room. None provided or offered. Bed sheets not changed once during stay. If this was needed to be requested , should have been conveyed to customer. Average property and cleansiness

Room Service terrible

Great trip to Dublin and Hiltn Garden Inn helped make it. Hotel was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 10 mins walk to either O'Connel St or Grafton St and very close to train, bus and tram options. Also close to 3 arena and Bord Gais theatre. Breakfast very good. Plenty of options and lovely dining space. Discount on Q park next door and handy access into hotel. Room was spacious and bright and we had great view of the Liffey. Used the gym. Decent but small. Wouldn't have wanted to be in at the same time as others as little space or equipment options. Could also do with more communal seating.

At the Check-In, the women didn't tell me any necessary information like breakfast times, check-out time or WLAN password. In my bathroom was a hair when I arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was easy to reach. Breakfast was also good.

We really love the location. It was easy and walkable. The food options a little futher were better great options on the North end. We previously stayed at a location in the Temple Bar area just to experience both and we preferred this location.

We were attending the conference center a few blocks away it was the perfect spot.

The reception staff could not find my reservation and tried three times. Eventually they made separate booking. Convenient location. Transport good. If you do not know the area always walk where to there are others and it is well lit and plenty of traffic.

Cerca del centro de la ciudad. Transporte público desde el aeropuerto con parada cerca. En la habitación teníamos café y té con un calentador de agua. Lo peor, las puertas que comunican las habitaciones, oíamos todo lo que pasaba a nuestro lado. El resto, muy silencioso. El personal de recepción no habla español, algo sorprendente con la cantidad de turistas españoles

Clean hotel , accesible parking , parking barcode doesnot work good but assistance call works fine, if you dont know how to drive dont complaint about parking spaces.

Amazing hotel for the price

I would have given 5 stars if they would have provided face cloths along with towels and hand towels. Also no ice machine on any floors.

Walkable to Temple Bar area without being in Temple Bar. The North Wall we found toms of great restaurants near by.

The brekfast was very good but not excessive

Good location with great view of the river but a 10-15 min walk to the main areas. Clean and comfortable room included a small fridge. Great breakfast with lots of choice, fresh waffles/scones/omelettes were fab!

Det var ett hilton, bekvämt och bra. Bra transport förbindelser, lite åt det dyrare hållet så om man inte har något emot att spendera lite pengar hade jag rekommenderat det.

Very friendly staff, great location with bus service direct from airport.

Parking lot owned by another company. You have to go through the lot and carry bags up stairs. Had they told us at check in we could have gotten our bags out. Husband park and then we could give it a better rating but staff failed to communicate.

Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are outdated and dingy and dark. No room service unless you request it daily.
