Nice people

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Our screen door was off the track. I love the set up of the hotel with the grass in the middle. It was so fantastic for a dog owner. I wish they had a buffet breakfast though. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Very nice place. There was paint that was peeling in corners on some of the walls. Some of the carpet looked bad and needed to be fixed for how nice the place was. Pool area was clean but no towels like it said there was. My room was clean but not vacuumed. Did find food on the floor under the desk. Pillows sucked and when i asked for more they weren't sure if they had any. They did finally bring us 2 to our room. There wasn't trash bags in the trash cans like you would think, thank god for shopping bags.

Great for our next-day flight out of KC. The only thing negative was no breakfast.

The place is beautiful and all looks new. Staff were great. Only thing wrong was the eating facility there is closed and they do not have breakfast.

This hotel DOES NOT have a free breakfast like is listed on Hotels.com. They don’t have breakfast at all unless you count a cold box for $10. It DOES NOT have a restaurant like is also listed under amenities.

The bedroom was a separate room from the living room which was wonderful and gave a little bit of space when we both need to do separate tasks and have quiet places for each of us within one room very nice.

A little run down but the rooms were clean and the lobby was comfortable. Great staff.

The property was great. The front desk lady was definitely out of it. Otherwise it was excellent.

$8 to park here for shuttle and the driver doesn’t arrive until 4 so not made for 5 am flights so was a waste of money for our family.

Staff are very friendly. It's good to take a reseavation for shuttle bus at checking in as usually many of hotels don't take it in advance.

The room was spacious and we loved that it had a balcony.

When checking in, we were informed there could be days worth of charges on our debit card. This was not stated anywhere in the information prior to booking. Additionally, everyone expected a breakfast at this location only to be told only certain reservations would be eligible for a breakfast.
