This hotel was really wonderful. The staff were very polite and respectful, they made an effort to speak in our language, the room was excellent, perfect location, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anybody traveling to Juan Les Pins!!

Excellent loctaion, walking distance to the beach, shopping and the best restaurants.

Great quality clean hotel. Excellent indoor pool (and outdoor one in season). Great location for both Juan-les-pins and Antibes old town

Thought your front staff were superb. They could not do enough to help me. Food service was excellent and the quality very good. The condition of the bathroom In my view was poor considering this is a business hotel and everything else superb.

The men's bathroom accessed on floor below lobby/restaurant had a very pungent smell of urine, almost nauseating. Despite a very expensive suite, they nickel-and-dime you--no included breakfast, no free coffee in the lobby,etc. Not worth the money.

Pour un hotel de cette gamme le rapport qualité prix n y est pas. Une piscine dans l établissement mais pas de peignoire pour y acceder ,on croise dans l hotel des clients en maillot de bain dégoulinant d eau. J ai signalé dés mon arrivee que la paroi de douche en verre menacait de tomber ,le lavabo se ballade sur le plan de travail ,mais aucune reaction de l hotel. Le petit dejeuner est beaucoup trop chèr.

Nice hotel not far from the Beach.

The hotel is superbly located but badly in need of refurbishment. The staff are super friendly, responsive and generally lovely. The room itself was good as described but wasn't as clean as it should be for a 4 star hotel (no cleaning under sofa bed and drain flies in bathroom show the basins and plug holes need disinfecting. The mattress is not periodically checked by the team and was quite scalloped (indentation from clients over the years). Overall its a potentially great hotel but it needs a refurb and a few more checks in place on room quality control. As an aside we were in room 140 which is directly above the rear loading bay and the deliveries door and these can start at 4am often so if you are at all a light sleeper you will be very sleep deprived! The sound insulation for room 140 and others impacted should have been vastly improved to help a good nights sleep.

The location is great! Although, for the money, the hotel itself needs some love. Bit of a moldy smell in our bathroom and the pool and facilities are a bit rundown.

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación y servicio. Las habitaciones con cómodas y las personas del hotel son muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento. El sifón de la ducha se demoraba mucho en desaguar y el agua se quedaba empozada. Me decepciono el gimnasio. Es muy precario, sus maquinas requieren mantenimiento y las colchonetas están muy deterioradas.

Séjour parfait. L’hotel est propre, le personnel au petit soin, la piscine est calme et ensoleillée. L’emplacement est au calme mais à proximité des rues animées à quelques minutes à pieds

Der Aufenthalt war ok. Mühsahm wurde es nachher. Es wurden uns 200€ am Anfang auf der Kreditkarte belastet. (Was nicht üblich ist.) 171€ sollten wir zurückbekommen. Auch nach mehreren Anrufen haben wir den Betrag noch nicht zurück erstattet erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend…

Quarto confortável, banheiro também. Café da manhã muito ruim e me incomodou a segurança nos andares, pois o parapeito é baixo

Bathroom was difficult to move around. No hand rails the tub. No hooks for robes in the bathroom. Dangerous swing glass over the tub. I kept the balcony door closed, but i got a bug bites at night.

It was walkable to many rest and bars, felt super safe. the place is beautiful and had a lot of shopping
