Nice place. Room is clean and staff friendly.

The employees were professional and very friendly. I reserved 2 rooms, one had a number of issues door not installed properly, had a large gap between the door and the wall, people could see inside. The other room was good, but the bathrooms are small unless you have an ADA room. Breakfast was okay, coffee fantastic, not much selection, basic sausage, eggs, cereal, etc. Maybe consider adding waffles. All in all our stay was good, only there for 2 days.

Definitely needs updating . Old smell and old carpets. It was comfortable sleeping . No cleaning products for showering etc. were provided in the room. The tv did keep going in and out as others have stated as well.

The room was clean and I loved that they had all dove products but there was a significant amount of snow that had fallen and they never cleaned the parking lot. It was dangerous to walk and slippery to drive.

The check-in staff are always pleasant and friendly.

Property around facility was ok…facility was not up to standards….plaster was pealing off walls and ceiling…smoke detector’s battery was low …beeped all night..vanity sink area poorly lit

We were only there one night but everything was nice and simple from check in to check out. Breakfast was more than I expected - with scrambled eggs and sausage. Along with yogurt and bread items. Easy parking and all around great service.

the hotel was nice and convenient for my short stay. The rooms were clean and neat. There were two problems that I noticed. The GFI Receptible was broken so you couldn't use the hair dryer. And, the smoke alarm was missing. Wires hanging out of the wall but no alarm

We’ve stayed here many times and have always been very satisfied! This time was very different. Disappointed in the bed (it must be broken, the mattress was sagging) no shampoo, conditioner or bath wash in dispenser. The breakfast was very poor. No coffee, had to ask twice for it, the breakfast area very dirty and the food was not restocked. Very disappointed in this stay.

The price was inflated due to the football game. That was an $89/night hotel but I had to pay over $300 for a night. It was small, the bathroom was minuscule. The sink could t even fit in the bathroom. The building was old and in desperate need of renovation. It was outdated and depressing, much like the city of Pittsburgh.

Garbage was under the bed. TV would flicker no matter what channel was on. No do not disturb sign given and had to request twice to get one.
