We were originally put in a smoking room, which we didn’t like, however we asked for a different room and were quickly accommodated.

My sister and i attended the wu tang final concert and this hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and of course the breakfast!

Beautiful area, walking distance to huge mall. Hotel looks brand new, beautiful with all the perks including: Free breakfest, free parking. Everything was above and beyond, including the pool. All staff were friendly and profesional. I have been in many hotels, but this has been the best. To top it all off, their price was the most competitive, so, the best for less.

The hotel was very clean and we were very satisfied with the room. There was a lot of space in the room. The shower was great. And the continental breakfast was perfect. Although we didn't get a chance to get into the pool because of the weather it did look very clean.

Very nice hotel. Courteous staff, great breakfast offerings. Cozy room with a separate sitting area.

Rooms were of usual Fairfield standard. Desk staff were friendly and helpful both at check in and throughout the stay. A small problem with a missing tv remote was resolved straightaway.

The room was very clean and modern looking check in was easy less than 2 minutes I had my keys and was walking over to my room they had coffee that I could access at 8:00 at night so love this location and would reserve a room in the future again

The common areas, hallways, elevator, glass, etc. was dirty. The entire hotel needs updates. Parking was easy. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room had smelled strong of ammonia. The room seemed clean.

I have frequently stayed at this hotel when in town feeling in for different jobs and usually don’t have an issue with hotel. This recent stay was different due to the change in staff. The new manager was not as friendly and accommodating as I am use to, and there was a lack of communication with house keeping as well because I had one walk in on me twice during my stay. I am typically loyal when it comes to my hotel choices but won’t come back to this one in particular.

Barely any communication at check-in... wi-fi, breakfast, amenities? Nothing, just my keycard and 'your room is down that hall'...
