Had a great one night stay on our way through town. Check in was quick and professional. Room was quiet and comfortable even though it was close to the elevators. Breakfast buffet had plenty of hot and cold options. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through NJ.

Very good service nice hotel in NY

I called a head early morning due to plans changing and needing accommodations. I asked if they do early check ins they asked if it was for that day I told them yes. The gentleman on the phone he stated early check in between 8-10 it is an extra 75 dollars and between 10-12 it is 50 dollars extra and after 12 it is free. I arrived at 12 and they stated that check in was at 3 only and they had no rooms available. Which was disappointing due to me calling a head that same day to confirm if I could was told differently. The walls are thin you can hear people talking in their rooms in the halls. The doors slam really loud and with the thin walls this wakes you up immediately. The room was smaller than expected, and the elevators were out had to take the stairs. The stairs were slippery so proceed with caution. I also had a leak in my bathroom so I couldn’t shower the morning before checkout. This was a huge inconvenience on top of their only being one luggage cart for the whole facility. They have 7 floors and one luggage cart so be prepared to carry it. The bed and furniture was not comfortable but it did the job for the short stay. Nice neighborhood and restaurant near by is the bright side everything walkable.

Location is great. Love the 24-hour coffee machine. Needed bedding for sofa bed. Expected to be sent but we had to go downstairs to front desk to get them ourselves. Continental breakfast had limited options. Long wait for food. 1 of the two elevators were out of service.
