Hotel is getting a little worn but good value for the money.

Very clean and great costumer service

Part of the hotel is some motel rooms that is in convenient to families that take more than one room, strange people hanging out side of room smoking

Close to all the happening places.

Close to everything- hooters bar brings trouble tho- fridge didn't work- rooms could be cleaner- ours was dusty and smelled of smoke. We were all coughing the first night until the smoke smell cleared. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great hostess at the front desk

Very positive experience during the stay. Stephanie was really helpful and friendly.

Booking an exterior room is actually a motel. We luckily were able to upgrade to the hotel . The rooms were modern, but still needed work. There was mold on the baseboards, no clock in room, and fridge had food from a previous stay in it. The lady working the front desk was very nice. Just overall felt dirty

They ripped me off. The place is a 1 star hotel, not a 2.5

It was quiet and felt safe for a budget hotel

This hotel is very run down. The matresses are old, flat and stained. The staff was not very courteous. We had exterior rooms which meant we were across the parking lot from the actual hotel in a motel like setting. While the bathrooms were updated nothing else was. The breakfast was average but the breakfast area was small and cramped. The doors were not very secure and it was very loud. We had to pay for parking which was not listed when we booked.

I realized that we were put in the motel across from the Hotel. There was no elavator, stairs wree closed off. Parking was very crowded. The rooms were updated, but the outside motel like atmophere was old, dated and was in much need of some help. I was told the motel was cheaper that the hotel. I had not idea that was an option when booking and paying.

It was a nice stay

Pool was cold, hall wall need worked on, the staff was great and place was kept clean by the staff.

It did not match the pictures

I checked in at night and I was very tired then I found out the Bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty and also the toilet was broken then I had to change the room . I moved my stuff to the other room and that’s itself a job then also I found the bedsheet dirty and I saw hair on the sheets and pillows and the second day I got some rashes on my skin I had to complain in the morning to the office but no response at all and I was ignored so I feel that I wasted my money. This is was a horrible experience and honestly I will never go there again because this place is so dirty and even the floor and the washroom
