It seemed run down to me. Not much effort was put into anything. We did not have kleenex, 1 roll of toilet paper. Pool was small. I was expecting better.

Everything was smooth

Room was ok, took a long time to warm up. $28 + tax for parking was very expensive. Pillows horrible, now have bad upper back and neck, and very tired. Breakfast was ok, for the typical free breakfast.

Good place to stay in Halifax,

The staff was very friendly and helpful

room is very clean; nice smell; view is great; their soaps and shampoos are organic; however there was a day when the housekeeping cleaned our room and left it open. the door was open when we arrived in the evening, which was very unsafe. we have to call the reception to have it fixed. why did the housekeeping leave it open and unfixed.

Very clean accomodation, super staff, paid parking worked well for Halifax . Location was good for walking to casino, restaurants, pubs, and hockey games. Breakfast was good quality and lots of seating areas for a hotel of this size.

Customer service is Terrible. Will never book here again

They charge 28$ for one night parking. Don’t accept cash for anything.
