Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several issues with the room. The air conditioning was not working properly. I reported the problem to the hotel, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it during our stay. The bathroom sink also had a drainage problem. The water drained very slowly, which made simple things like brushing our teeth or washing our hands inconvenient. Another major issue was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, the towels were not replaced, and the toilet paper was not replenished. Finally, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and practically unusable for sleeping. It caused significant body aches after the first night, to the point that we decided not to use it at all for the second night. Overall, these issues significantly affected our comfort and the quality of our stay. We expected better room maintenance and service, especially after reporting some of the problems to the hotel.

You get what you pay for it is not the best but it gets the job done

Bed sheets were dirty. I asked for them to be changed and staff just gave me the sheets so I changed them myself. Staff were polite but didn’t seem to know English well so it was hard to communicate. Front desk lady was very nice. Rooms were just outdated and seemed dirty. Beds were comfy. Sofa bed horrible and springy.

The carpeted floor in the room was damp, as if it was flooded but not yet quite dry. Has to ask for a shower curtain then he asked if we could put it on.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, we discovered hair all over the bed, not only on the comforter, but underneath the sheets and on the pillowcases as well. It was obvious the bedding had not been changed before our arrival. The only time housekeeping addressed the issue was after I complained and requested the sheets be replaced. From that point on, housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. Every morning before leaving, we requested that our room be cleaned, our garbage emptied, and our towels replaced. Every single day, those requests were ignored. We ended up cleaning up after ourselves and repeatedly had to ask for basic necessities like toilet paper and clean towels. Instead of bringing fresh towels to our room, staff made us carry our dirty towels downstairs to exchange them. Even getting an extra roll of toilet paper required tracking someone down and asking for it. The condition of the property was just as disappointing. The driveway is full of enormous potholes—large enough that someone had literally lost part of their vehicle while trying to drive through them. Black mold in the bathroom. To make matters worse, management never responded to our concerns. Customer service was completely lacking from start to finish. I was relieved when our stay was finally over. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying at a Travelodge again.

The hotel carries the brand name but was in poor conditions. The road leading to the hotel was like a back lane and had lots of potholes. The room was not in good shape. Although nothing was wrong, nothing was great either. Breakfast was OK in the first morning. The coffee machine was broken in the afternoon of our first day. It's not being fixed and there was no coffee in the next morning. There's not even instant coffee as substitute. The staff did nothing to fix the issue.

Manage your expectations. You get what you pay for. Booked this almost last minute and we were still able to sleep, exactly what we needed the place for. We booked two rooms, the other room had mosquitoes when the aircon malfunctioned overnight making one family relocate to third level. Luckily, they had a spare room on the first night of our stay or else it would have been a nightmare. They got the AC fixed the next day. Front desk staff are extremely helpful. Would I stay here again? If tight on budget, I will consider but if difference is just $50-100 for the duration of your stay versus holiday inn which we frequent, pay for the extra for better experience.

Entrée asphaltée avec trous béants avant d’arriver à l’hôtel…inacceptable ! Besoin de rénovations : chambres sombres avec meubles usés par le temps. Au déjeuner, aucun pain de blé entier ou multigrain…? Ma mère est à mobilité réduite et le stationnement en face de notre chambre a été pris par 3 motocyclettes !!! Si votre budget est limité, ça peut faire l’affaire pour une nuit ou deux…

The parking lot is full of potholes, the room key sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, the TV doesn't have Netflix, Prime or YouTube, breakfast ends at 9:30 which is early for me because I'm on vacation...

Average hotel. Breakfast buffet had no food about 45 min before it was to finish. No cereal. No hot items, a few slices of bread but no margarine or butter. No pool. But you were able to access the neighbouring properties pool. Rooms were spacious.

To start the staff tried to.gove us entire different room then I booked. I came back in he said its almost like u booked. I said what I paid for online is what id like. We asked for an extra pillow and they didnt have any first breakfast had no food and slow to bring out anything. Asked our second night for face cloths and they didnt have any in the entire hotel. How does this work. The door to our room didnt shut correctly Hotel has dove soap on the wall and they are filling them with cheap soap as it made me so itchy and i buy dove ALL the time its not clear. The bathroom was disgusting like they didnt ever whip down a wall Ive stayed her before about 10 years ago and used to stay at the Days Inn but they have gone down hill so much I will never stay there again Best yet manage was supposed to call but the agent didnt give me their number. I called and they said they would get back to me in 1-2 days and its almost a week later and still nothing.

Room was ok, but the hotel is falling apart, the carpet is disgusting, elevator was never cleaned, the road that enters the hotel has so many deep potholes that you have to manoeuvre not to damage your car. It was expensive for this falling apart place

Cheap, convenient to the highway, breakfast included. Glad we only stayed one night. Mattress covered by a flimsy mattress cover and the mattress was stained. Staff was friendly and helped immediately when we had a question.

Séjour d’une nuit en famille de 4 personnes. L’endroit était propre, calme et la chambre confortable. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Room had a musty smell, fridge froze all the food. The breakfast was terrible, no food was left, no knives , the juice machine was out of order for the entire duration. To top it all off, the last morning the smoke alarm went off and we evacuated for a burnt toast. The driveway is full of holes making it hard to navigate. Looking at the reviews from 11 months ago this was a problem, I guess they don’t seem to care to fix it. Do not recommend.
