Nice hotel overall, and very nice staff both at the desk and restaurants. Good location, easy parking. My lower rating on service is based on the experience after the stay. The Hotel Melia sends a ton of emails, but when I needed help with a left bag, they never replied. Not to phone calls or emails. Pretty annoying when the rep from the hotel emails me asking for a review, but can't respond to my email after 4 days, and 2 calls. That is where the poor service was.
