It was nice and clean great location, amazing ac which you need in Nola in July. Only complaint is parking is $56 a night and that wasn’t listed in the booking but it really should be.

Great location, quiet and clean!

It easy accessible to French quarter and bourbon street. Plenty to do within walking distance. Access to multiple food locations, shopping and entertainment.

Staff was lovely!! I interacted with three of them and two security officers. All were professional, accommodating and sweet!!

Loved staying in the French Quarters. Everything I wanted to see was walking distance away. So leaving car with valet parking during our stay was ideal.

The property is in a great location. It’s very clean and the staff is awesome!

The property was clean for the most part. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The bathroom could use some updates from the obvious water damage to the vanity and door frame near the shower. Also, having a pocket door to the bathroom.. seems like it is kept open while cleaning, so the door was dirty when we closed it. The headboard was also dirty/greasy. We wiped it down ourselves.

Perfect location for walking many places. AC worked really well, which we really appreciated.

Great property!

Great location in the French Quarter with easy access to Burbon st. The hotel is clean and quiet with friendly staff. My only complaint is the Valet parking is in the hotel across the street which they neglect to tell you before you arrive. This means having to drive around in circles for a second time to access the parking after finding a place to pull over and call them to find out where the parking was. That was the only down side to this hotel.

The day we arrived they had some technical issues, but the staff made it very convenient for us. There was a gentleman handling the technical issues although he had a sense of urgency to get things done. He was not overwhelmed. He made our visit wonderful

I decided to stay in the French quarter for the night and it was worth it this hotel was very accommodating. Step right outside the door to walk all around the city where the vibes are. Very unique experience I enjoyed it very much

In the middle of French Quarter. Front desk guy not the nicest at first, but then he lightened up. The room had a mildew smell but not unbearable. Apparently it is the smell everywhere in New Orleans. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner but not unbearable. We had 2 rooms. They were unable

Property isn’t a great location from Bourbon Street. But still quite enough that you could rest. Only downfall was parking was $56 and this was not listed on my reservation nor did the person tell me that when I got in he gave me a slip and said I could do valet, but did not say it charged anything until in the morning When I got my receipt

Nice stay!

It was ok. Rooms need updating and not super clean. Coffee was not super hot and not made available often. Noisy rooms thin walls, hear everything. The sister property Dalphine was definitely a better facility.
