Things not appealing about this motel: There are several homeless people that hang out most of the day and night right next door to the motel. The motel charges $16 per day for parking whether you park in the outside parking lot or the indoor gated lot. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud. It is on the same switch as the bathroom light. There is no way to turn off the fan if you want to see when you are using the bathroom. Grab and go breakfast is unappealing. Appealing things about this motel: Clean and quiet (accept for bathroom fan).

Older hotel, carpet felt sticky, price definitely doesn’t reflect the stay. Front desk definitely could’ve been friendlier.

The location is not great. We did not feel safe. Room was average. Air con was soooo loud- no way we could sleep with it on. I would look for something else.

Stay was disappointing, other than location, not too much good to say. Hotel is more dated than anticipated, and adjacent properties are rough, homeless etc.

Stay somewhere else there is a recovery house next door full of addicts

Value for money was good. No complaints. It's a bit older and "weathered". Clearly not renovated in many many years. Room was clean and that's all I needed. If you are just looking for a place to largely sleep while in London and won't be spending time in the hotel otherwise, I recommend based on the value.

Room was clean, shower good pressure but took forever to drain, bed was comfy. Breakfast was horrible and it sucks you pay so much for a room and then also have to pay extra for parking! Also sucks that for a pet friendly hotel they charge you for your pet event tho no extra mess is made

Everything was just ok. Pretty basic. It did not feel especially clean or great. I was glad it was just for a one night stay.

The staff are okay. The room especially the carpet is dirty. The electrical outlets are good and not adequate.

There’s a homeless shelter right beside & about 15 ‘people’ were outside - most with the ‘fentanyl bend’. when we left next day one appeared lifeless on the curb which leads into the parking garage. inside hotel- there are some ‘ long-term stay guests’ who were quite noisy The carpet in the hallways has big stains, and the wallpaper has rips in it
