My stay at 4 points was very nice. the service was great and prompt. I only had 2 issues. I wish there would have been a night stand on both side of the bed and usb ports. also the light above the bathroom sink area would not stop blinking. It needs to be changed. thanks

The hotel was better then I thought. The hotel was really nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was great. It was even walkable to a shopping center with a gift shop and restaurants. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The pool was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were in town for a sports tournament at the convention center and we were able to walk there, which was nice. I just wish the room had a fridge and microwave, though we did have access to a microwave in the lobby.

Great bartender and cook. Cleaned every day. Good hotel.

Great location and they worked with me on my stay

Everyone was absolutely great. We had a few requests and it was taken care of right away. The food was great and so were the 4-7pm happy hours every day. It was really quiet all around, including the pool. The best part is that it was 15 minute walk from the Orlando Convention Center North/South Building, which is where we needed to go to save on parking. If you need the Orlando Convention Center West Building, it is 7-8 minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely stay again next time.

El hotel cuenta con todo. Está viejo, pero está cómodo y bonito. Las habitaciones están muy amplias y está muy bien ubicado el hotel.

Big room and clean nice and helpful staff

The stay was great all around. The only negative was no continental breakfast. That would have been a huge plus.

El hotel en sí es limpio y el personal fue amable durante mi estancia. Sin embargo, no puedo recomendar este lugar debido a un problema grave con el cobro. Me cargaron dos veces el monto total de la habitación en mi tarjeta de crédito. Reporté la situación en recepción mientras aún me hospedaba, y aunque me aseguraron que lo resolverían, hasta ahora no han hecho nada. He llamado varias veces desde entonces sin éxito. Lo que debía ser una experiencia tranquila terminó siendo muy frustrante y desgastante. Muy decepcionante para un hotel que promete ofrecer tranquilidad al viajero.

Hotel com excelente localização, padrão 3 estrelas. A area da piscina é boa. Tem restaurante que oferece cafe da manha e jantar com valor adicional.

Cleanliness OK but overall run-down.

Very friendly staff, very clean common areas, clean pool, clean room, clean everything. They always gave us 2 waters every mornings with our fresh towels. The big U or D would never do that. Will be returning 100% !!! Thank you

First and foremost Hannah receptionist young lady with such beautiful experience as far as interaction with customer she deserve to be promoted wonderful young lady because of her we will be back
