Arrived very late from a delayed flight at Newcastle Airport (3.30am). This was no problem for check in and the person on the desk was so lovely and cheery considering the time. Gave us help with parking the car and then got straight up to the room. Big room, very clean and a super comfy bed and pillows. Slept very well in the room despite people coming and going. Didn’t hear too much. We opted for the breakfast for convenience when we booked. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and GF options. Coffee machine and cooked breakfast all good. We would recommend and come back. Thanks so much!

A one night stop, to visit Newcastle. Not actually at the airport, it was a brisk 10min walk from the Kingston Park Metro, a couple of stops away. In the unseasonal heat, the aircon of the room struggled to keep the room cool, but otherwise no complaints. Having inclusive breakfast proved exceptional value, as it was very well stocked.

All good - easily reached from the city on the Metro. Clean quiet and good value

Enjoyed the breakfast. I booked here especially for the laundry. None on site. We walked half a mile to the outside laundry. The access they offered was so expensive we could have purchased new clothes. Also, we had a twin bedroom. Finally realized why my bed was so uncomfortable - the mattress was flipped on the wrong side.

Outstanding service from front desk and the breakfast host. Fun, groovy decor. Hotel is near a major road intersection so expect some traffic noise from your room window. 10 mins drive max from airport

Clean and Excellent stay here with my family all staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you breakfast is really nice too and it has a pool table where you can show off your skills 😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great stay , lovely room and great breakfast.so clean and quiet.

The bed was excellent, very comfortable and ensured an excellent sleep.

Kettle in bedroom had intermittent electrical on / off fault and a VERY short plug lead. Menu for supper in evening VERY LIMITED with no pre warning. Vehicle bay parking spaces VERY tight for modern, mainly SUV style VEHICLES. Inadequate signing off highway to gain entry and access to hotel site. The advertising blurb mentioned a swimming pool but we were informed that this had been discontinued in a recent hotel revamp. And a gym. Disappointing, we were looking forward to a swim and / or work out on arrival. The outside sitting area, to the right of the front door, was littered. Obvious to staff as well as visitors. Untidy. Some breakfast ‘kept warm’ buffet items needed refreshing, eg fried eggs and black pudding. The coffee machine liquid portion was a bit big for the cup / beaker and overflowed. Generally a lack of attention to detail was apparent which was disappointing for a mid-range hotel looking to attract more clientele, particularly at the week-end. Most items above could be sorted and improved by shift managers / supervisors encouraging working staff to take some time and pay attention. Generally staff were friendly when asked for something. Bedrooms were quite smart.

A very comfortable room, large and bright, a separate WC and shower room, which is handy. Very good quality bedding, lots of lights (once you figured out the control!, air-condition/ heating was simply to use and very quick to control the room. The reception was comfortable with a well stocked bar and friendly staff.
