It was a very nice place to stay. I had problems with my sink. The stopper wasn’t working. They fixed it right away. Job well done.

Well maintained, great staff, food options on site. The family room was amazing!

Rooms where stinky, cold air constantly blowing on the beds, Can’t shut it off,old wore out beds, bathrooms horrible small, Towels where like sandpaper , Hear every room around you, when they’re snoring, using the bathroom , you can hear everything

It was a very clean hotel and a pleasant stay. Comfy bed!

We stayed 2 nights and our cream/sugar was not replenished after use Location to get in and out kinda awkward as it is situated between 2 one way streets Staff was very friendly

They refused to help add another day since book through Expedia then charged me double for 1 night , rooms are small and dirty, beds are old wore out, towels are like sand paper

We were very appreciative of how accommodating the hotel was when we asked for their restaurant to serve us our food earlier as we had a tight schedule in the morning. The food was very delicious and was delivered when we asked for it.

The staff was wonderful

The stay was fine but would have been better if the bathroom toilets had been upgraded. Also, the heating in the room was difficult to regulate and it was quite cool. Finally, access to the indoor swimming pool was very complicated and not easy to get to. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the staff helpful.

The bed was super comfy. The hot tub was obscenely dirty, tho theres likely only so much the hotel could do as it was filled to the brim with teenagers for sports tournaments. We would still stay again. James at the front desk on night shifts was excellent to deal with!

Appreciated the friendly front desk staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The water and cookie at check in and the coffee voucher and water at check out were a very nice touch.
