Room was outdated but the staff was nice and warm. I wish it had usb ports like most room have nowadays. But overall a great location, free parking and breakfast was ok. I would comeback with my family

We had some essential issues with the plumbing with the first room, they were quick to give us another one, which also had some issues but were more cosemetic than essential(lighting). We decided not to bother them with the second room issues.

The room smelled bed

Yes, the room was great & spotless, staff very courteous. Continental breakast was quite good: coffee, tea, juice, breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, very good Boston style pork & beans!. The pool was especially nice and I had it all to myself! It's quite close to the bus into Québec City. It's a pet friendly hotel and we heard a few seconds of barking, but overall it was a quiet and wonderful stay. 2 close-by affordable restaurants and bakeries nearby, and drugstore nearby. Seemed like a nice area, felt safe walking.

Il y avait des cheveux un peu partout dans les draps et les serviettes. La dame au comptoir ce matin était très gentille et courtoise.

Personnel agréable. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct mais pouvant être amélioré. Piscine agréable. A proximité du bus qui vous emmène en 30’ au château FRONTENAC.

Staff and clean room

Beds were very hard, our keycards couldnt get into the breakfast room in the morning, the breakfast was okay for the price we paid. The staff could have been a bit more friendlier.

Chambre impeccable, problème de bruits des voisins, mais résolu promptement par le personnel suite à un appel. Réception très courtois.

Hotel para pessoas não muito exigentes. Chegamos a inspecionar para ver se não haviam percevejos, pois o cheiro não era dos melhores. Aquecimento não poderia ser regulado, não funcionava. Ok para um ou dois dias no máximo.

Sketchy area but still a good affordable place.

It was clean , the staff were very friendly . Only complaint is the breakfast - wasn’t allot of selection and the pool wasn’t the cleanest .
