Great location Friendly staff Easy parking Reasonably priced for the area

rooms were very clean and the location is perfect.

The property is very old and while they tried to renovate the interior, the furnishings are cheap, chairs filthy, and tiny flat pillows. Ample parking however and linens were clean. Biggest thing is the bathroom door was too small for the opening and left a gap where you could see straight in

The place was old, no amenities, I wouldn’t even try the breakfast just really disappointing I’m done booking with Expedia!!

Trash and dead plants. Mold on window blinds. Bedside light fixtures look like they had caught on fire. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was close to downtown so we could walk everywhere.

The breakfast was boring. Always biscuits/gravy, sausage and eggs. Pancakes or hash browns would have been a welcome change.

Updated room which was clean. Breakfast was good. Great water pressure.

I did not check in because of the following : Room was in terrible condition . Sort of looked like a dungeon in a bad movie. Not safe and not clean. In short unusable in my view so we did not stay. Also parking lot in poor condition ( some flooding)

Our room was out by the pool and so it was away from the noise of the parking lot. Convenient liquor store attached to the property and it was very convenient to the tourist shuttles particularly the one run by Lloyd who picked us up and took us back to and from the concerts we went to each night.

I stayed with my friend for three nights no body came to clean our room.

Room wasn't fully clean, and it's obvious that they keep the rooms basic and don't do a good job on maintenance.

Villa 1565 has a good location 15-20 minute walk to Downtown so you can skip the Uber or parking fees for you car. A few decent restaurants within walking distance and a liquor/convenience store is next door.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, although the walls tend to be a bit dingy and needs a paint job. The bathroom is in the same condition. It’s in need of some upgrading. Otherwise, my stay was good.

The room stank so badly of mold and mildew it was hard to breathe. We found the problem as soon as we took a shower. The shower curtain is so far away from the shower all the water just goes straight out into the bathroom. The design is such that every shower turns the entire bathroom into a wading pool. All of this standing water with nowhere for it to drain causes the entire room to smell moldy and musty. Even the front window shades had mold all over them. Extremely disgusting.
