Fantastic across the board

Very good services, perfect location to explore the city

The hotel is located between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue so convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. The bathroom was super clean and larger than we expected. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was not ready upon arrival so I’ve got downgraded room rather than waiting for the booked type of room was available. Tiny room, limited amenities. Limited choice breakfast. Noisy AC. Overall very clean.Safe area. Polite and professional staff.

Beautiful space very friendly staff excellent location!!

La habitación para dos personas era demasiado pequeña y el baño también ; no disponía de sitio para colocar tus enseres de maquillaje, muy incómodo. Mobiliario bastante viejo y como si no hubieran limpiado el polvo durante días.Los armarios no nos gustaron nada,.Ha sido toda una decepción este hotel, y demasiado caro. Y el check-out sólo había una persona para atenderte a primera hora y tuvimos que esperar.

Won’t stay here again, I am a VIP for Hotels and never received what I was owed. The check in process is very clunky. Nothing like the NH’s in Europe

Located close to the Morgan Library and Museum and an easy walk from Grand Central Station. The room was clean and everything seemed new. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was friendly. Rooms are small, which is common in NYC.They have an annoying $40 a day "Destination Fee" which they state is to cover things like wi-fi and ability to check your luggage before and after your stay that you would expect to be included and a piano player that is not even there on weekends when we stayed. They provide a "free" bottle of wine.

Such a lovely stay! Perfect location, friendly staff, nice rooms, fabulous bar and lounge with live music mon-fri with Serafina restaurant in the lobby!

Very nice clean hotel in convenient location Staff was super friendly Upgraded my room for minimal charge I suggest better pillows-too soft for my taste TV remote was challenging to use at times & had to get hotel staff to reprogram it
