Awful place…totally empty. can’t use pool without extra fees. Paper thin doors ….belonging stolen from room….avoid Mexico City it’s dangerous and not cool for Americans..I was assaulted right outside of hotel by two slackers who bumped into me….wont ever go back to Mexico City or that awful hotel..

La ubicaciion es excelente ya sea viaje por placer o negocios. Hotel en buenas condiciones. Hector en el FD fue muy amable al hacerme check in antes de la hora indicada. Unicamente al final cuando decidi ordenar algunos postres en su estacion al lado de la entrada no habia nadie atendiendo y las personas que me ayudaron, aunque amables, parecian confundidas en cuanto a los productos y precios.

We spent 7 days at the Marquis Reforma in Mexico City and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay — attentive, warm, and professional at every turn, which made a huge difference for a longer trip like ours. We also treated ourselves to the spa services, which were excellent — a relaxing and well-run experience that added a lot to the trip. The location on Reforma is convenient for exploring the city, and the overall quality of the hotel felt well above what we paid. For the price, this hotel really over-delivers. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mexico City looking for great service and a comfortable stay.

Bien ubicado, a media cuadra de la entrada a parque de Chapultepec. Hotel limpio, staff atento, restaurante agradable. Valet parking lento, es el área de mejora

El personal del check in fue particularmente grosera y condescendiente, en la habitación no funcionaba la regadera y era una junior suite, es un Hotel que desgraciadamente se ve que no esta cumpliendo con lo que promueve que es básicamente una instalación y personal de nivel superior. Me e hospedado ya en varias ocasiones y se ve que esta teniendo muchos problemas, no se si me quedaría otra ves en el Hotel Marquis
