The staff were friendly and the condition of the hotel was excellent.

Very strange layout of hotel & not very convenient Getting in and out. Bathroom very small and unusual toilet placement. Everything else very good especially breakfast.

Easy stay nice people

The staff are very kind and welcoming. The facility itself was very clean. The room noce and clean. No musky odors at all like some other hotels I've stayed at. The surrounding area is very nice.

Only issue is that Apple Maps took me to another location. Once I put in street address it worked.

Pillows were way too small, staff super friendly and welcoming, really nice breakfast

This property has been acquired and upgraded. It had lots of little nice touches. Otis Spunkmyer cookies were all taken but they do provide them along with ice tea, fruit water, hot coffe and hot tea. In our room was a mini fridge, a pod coffee maker, blow dryer and travel shampoos, etc. The lobby was decorated modern with various seating options. There is a workout room along with an inside pool that was open until 10p. Elevators were working properly and the staff was extremely friendly. I loved the text reminders of our upcoming stay giving me instructions for check in and who to contact with any questions.

Close to everything

Very comfortable stay. We were going to Saratoga for races and it was about a half hour away. Breakfast was very good.

There were cockroaches in our hotel room, when I told the staff they said -did u take a picture? I said no and he ignored me... so gross! 2 small ones on the desk next to my bag! Hope i didnt take any home with me

Parking should be closer to the entrance. Check in was tedious with unnecessary stuff required on the sign in form.

The hotel was extremely convenient to the concert venue we attended. The room was wonderful and it was very tidy. Breakfast was included too!

I love this hotel. Its clean, good price, very nice staff, nice pool, nice breakfast, close to airport. Will stay again.
