Near the San Marcos and Rialto bridge. Excellent customer service. They let us leave our luggage so we can still go around the area after we checked out. Will come back again.

Property location was great , the hotel itself left a lot to desire . Room was small and carpet was dirty.

The small hotel room was very clean. Except the older carpet floor showed off its age. The only thing we didn't like was the smallest shower ever experienced in a hotel. No chance for over weighted people. The stuff was very friendly, helpful. Seen over all it is a good place for 3 or 4 nights. Josef

The property requires renovations as the rooms are old and dated. The carpeting definitely needs to be replaced. The staff was very friendly, helpful and tried their best to address any issues that arose.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditionung worked great and the beds were comfortable. Close to many dining options and St Marcos. Room was vintage charming and in good condition. It was also very specious and worked well for a family.

Although this was a lovely location in Venice, be warned about the cleanliness in your room! It smelled musty and there was actual MOLD on the bathroom door handle. We tried cleaning it off ourselves but the disinfectant spray as well as wipes didn’t work either. The staff was friendly when we arrived, and offered tours as well as other recommendations during our stay. This is an ok place if you are tight on a budget or there is no other option.

サンマルコ広場から徒歩３分くらいと本当に近かったので朝観光客が増える前に散歩したり写真撮ったりできました。部屋もきれいでひとりには広いくらいでした。大きなバスタブもありました。ただ、部屋の設備にコーヒー・ティーメーカーと書いてあったのに置いてなかったので、フロントに頼んだらケトルとコーヒー、紅茶のセット、カップを持ってきてくれました。そういうものを置いておくスペースやちょっと何かを食べたり飲んだりするスペースが有ればなおよかったと思います。テレビ台の小さな場所しかなかったのでそこで全てする感じでした。あと、これはたまたまかもしれませんが、出発する朝水が出なくてフロントに言いましたが他にもそういう苦情があるとのことで支度する間には来てもらえませんでした。前日にシャワーを済ませていたのとコップに水を汲んであったので歯磨きができて良かったです。古い建物なのでそういう点をメンテナンスしておいてほしいです。

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación! Cerca de todo, el personal, sobretodo el Señor Mario, super amables! La habitación cómoda, la ducha un poquito pequeña pero es suficiente. De verdad que lo recomiendo

The hotel is small so you can imagine the room . Its located in a great place, close to Doge palace only 2 to 3 min away . The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Staff are amazing and helpful. The only things missing in the room is the coffee machine at least provide heater to make coffee or tea.

Good location, no WiFi in our area of the building despite staff saying they would look into it during our 3 day stay. Very tired room, location was good however

The staff is WONDERFUL!!! Friendly. Helpful. The location was near everything you would need. The room was small. Very small but the location and staff made up for it. Really great location for first timers to Venice.
