We didn't use the properties amenities. So we cannot comment. The property itself was lovely and the staff was excellent. I was impressed on the day of departure my car was waiting and ready without me having to call down and ask for valet to have the car ready. I thought that was a nice touch.

Our room had water sound from the ceiling perhaps linked to the a/c but it kept us awake until 3:45 a.m.; it was awful to try to sleep with at noise. There is a square in the ceiling just inside the ceiling when you open the door.Room 706. And the shower make a large banging sound when you stepped in.

If you’re traveling in the summer, this location is excellent and the air conditioning was what made it Top Knotch for me

Excellent hotel with a great location. 10 mts walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain and 20 mts cab ride to other attractions. Great restaurants around the hotel and a very attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay here.

Good hotel in nice location by the American Embassy. Staff were very thoughtful to help young children who really appreciated everything.

The hotel is directly across from the US Embassy, so there is plenty of security in the area. Streets are extremely clean and well maintained. Restaurants are everywhere with no less than 4 hotel restaurants within a 3 to 4 minute walk. Next door to the hotel is a very nice Hard Rock restaurant if you want that for a meal or drinks. If you are looking for a typical cafe for cappuccino and pastries, down the street on the left side of the hotel is a great cafe. Very inexpensive and open all day but the pastries won’t last. If you ask the front desk they will give you directions. It’s about a 3 minute walk. If you want a great dinner, go to Trastevere area of Rome. If you can’t find a great meal there, then you need help…lol

Great location and OK overall but not really a 5 start hotel in terms of the facility, a fine 4 start hotel at best.

Amazing hotel, the location, service, food and experience in general.

For the price, we paid 330 Euros per night, it was too expensive for the quality of the room.

Great hotel with very nice staff. The location was just perfect. Loved the breakfast and the beautiful restaurant decorated with beautiful fresco artwork

There is a slight silverfish infestation in the room but bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant was a poor choice for dinner by any standard. Breakfast was good, The elevator service was hopelessly poor. Two elevators that would only carry two people each. We asked for water several times, it never came. Their was a safety issue that directly led to a serious fall in the shower room, It is NOT a 5-star hotel.

Good location, quick walk to the gardens. Lots of very good restaurants around, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
