I didn’t like everything about the property I was told non smoking room well that was a let down I was sleeping in a room that was stinky smell like they’ve been smoking in for years,also they told me they were going to clean it the other day all they did was take the trash out that was it I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel for the price

Unfortunately experience as the room smell like cigarettes and so the lobby, outsite in the parking lot is a strong smell to marijuana, a lot of homeless people around the building. Not a pleasant night for children as we have to stay awake all night on fear for all the commotion of the firearm shots that happened that night and all the presence of police. Horrible experience, never again.

Room was ok. Brings you back to the 80 with lamps and TVs. Staff was rude. Area motel is in ain’t the greatest. For the price is a place to put your head down

Our room was clean and the bed was great. It was really quiet. We had a great stay. I would give it 5 stars but I was disappointed in the breakfast. No bacon or sausage. I would stay there again.

The room had a bad smell but everything else was good.

This property is right next to clubs and bars where there is loud music and loud college students. The hotel is on a one way street so if you dont have good gps or dont know the area all I can say good luck. The staff is rude and when I got there they wanted 50 more dollars for a deposit. I asked what the deposit was for all he said was it was a requirement of the hotel. If you have other people coming to your room to visit or anything like that then they will have to park somewhere else due to the fact is each room is allowed 1 vehicle due to limited parking. If you have kids this would be the last place you would want to be at. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and that includes the devil

Front desk check in was smooth but I didn’t feel safe begging my things out the car three men was outside one with a mask on coming back in the second time they blocked the entrance and I had to speak again and say excuse while they looked at me like they could just eat me alive the entire building smelled like smoke badly but they have signs up to charge for smoke smelling rooms I have asthma I stayed up til 3am almost wanted to check out but I know they wouldn’t refund me and I was so tired from work definitely need to do better with the smoking area and the old chairs in the room like oil was on the arms of it

The breakfast is good and the rooms are nice and clean.

It was alright

Knowing this stay was not an upscale hotel chain, we stayed there for 4 days due to close proximity to the convention center. The facility was full so parking was limited. Hot breakfast available but we went to a great mom/pop diner 1/2 block away. We were fine with the minimal housekeeping. We got fresh towels and garbage pickups daily. There were issues with the elevator but we were on the 2nd floor so not a problem. Hot coffee in the lobby every day.

The host has been there awhile and the group does overall a good job.

For the price this place is great value.
