Wir waren Sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich und hat uns jede Frage gut beantworten können. Was uns auch Fasziniert hat war die Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl!!Das Highlight waren die Waffeln, die man sich selbst zubereiten konnte! Auch tolle Auswahl verschiedener Kuchen! Werden wieder buchen!

Bel hôtel, petit défaut pas de nettoyage de la chambre durant tous notre séjour. Literie confortable, hôtel bien placé. Jacuzzi un peu froid.

Pænt og rent men ingen rengøring, tømning af skraldespand eller opfyldning af kaffe under vores ophold. Havde 4 overnatninger. Venligt personale. Beliggenheden er god og nem til offentlig transport.

Ob Personal, Zimmer oder Ausstattung, alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Komme gern wieder.

Is an acceptable option in Vienna at a reasonable price

The staff ignored my requests twice and messed up my breakfast reservation. First, after staying one night, I found that the room had not been cleaned. The front staff mentioned they only clean rooms and change towels upon request, which was information they hadn't provided at check-in. I was surprised and requested that my room be cleaned for the remaining two days of my stay. Surprisingly, they DID NOT clean it the next day. I asked the front desk again to ensure the room would be cleaned the following day. Guess what? They DID NOT clean it that day either. I was shocked that such simple requests were ignored twice. Second, after noticing my room wasn't cleaned and towels needed changing, I asked a staff member to bring new towels. He said "right away," but 20 minutes passed and they never arrived. I was very tired after a long day, so I called the front desk again. This time, the staff member immediately came to my room with new towels. I had to ask twice for a basic task as well. Finally, they attempted to charge me for breakfast even though it was included in my reservation. When I arrived at the breakfast restaurant, they asked for my room number, but it wasn't on their list. The staff member checked in the back and informed me I had to pay. After I showed my reservation details on my phone, she checked again and confirmed I didn't need to pay. What exactly were they checking the first time? I had the worst experience at this hotel. It is absolutely not recommended.

Das Zimmer war super, Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. War jetzt das zweite mal da und werde nächstes Mal wieder da einchecken. Danke

Makelloses Zimmer, bei der Buchung wurde auf meinen Zimmerwunsch eingegangen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, super Lage. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Zimmer wirkte abgewohnt, Lampe im Bad fehlte Abdeckung. Leider nicht MEIN Geschmack. Frühstück war gut und ausreichender Auswahl. Fitness und Sauna leider nur bei höheren Zimmerkategorien inklusive.

Chambre fourni n’était pas celle réservée avec un lit double. Malgré l’arrivée en fin de soirée, le personnel n’a pas était capable d’offrir d’alternative malgré les disponibilités, le tout sur un ton peu aimable.

Der check in war mit problemen behaftet das Frühstück war angeblich nicht dazu gebucht.. die Rezeption war sehr unprofessionell ich habe selbst mit expedia kontakt aufgenommen um.das zuklären. Angeblich war es ein Systemfehler hat man mir dann auf nachfrage geantwortet...eine Entschuldigung seitens des hotels kam nicht... das zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt das muss man anscheinend per qr code selbst entscheiden naja hatte mit mehr erwartet das Frühstück war super

Overall this property was mostly good. The location is perfect. The beds and rooms were tidy and equipped with everything you would expect from any respectable hotel. The view from the windows were spectacular. The breakfast was very thorough. And the gym was a nice touch. The only issue was the air conditioning which was just not to the standard one would expect for the price and of a hotel of this standard. In fairness we stayed during the hottest part of the year and it got to 37 degrees celsius. However, even on the "cooler" days the air con was ineffective only blowing a mere draft not even a cool one just some air into the room. This detracted from what would have been an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall if you're not staying during summer I would recommend but if during summer seek alternatives.

Clean room, good quality mattress and pillows, good breakfast options and helpful front desk.
