The room was clean but could use a deep clean. Especially the light fixtures. The neighbors were smoking weed right outside the rooms and it stunk like skunk all the time.

Great quick check in. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The only down would be the curtain was a little ripped up but it was a great stay for our short trip. I would recommend for a stay.

Terrible check in terrible front desk staff

There was a huge roach on the floor in our room when we woke up. The ac was very musty and humid. Staff was nice.

Was ok

This is the first automated check in and it was very dissatisfying. There was no human being to get a blanket or pillow etc. The machine required a $100.00 deposit which was to be credited back to me. At checkout Wednesday (4 days ago) and has not been credited to my account yet. Not happy.

It is a good hotel for the price. Breakfast can be improved, some eggs or sausage are more than welcomed. It is comfortable place to stay.

BED BUGS. I left the hotel covered in bed bugs. I've never had them before so I didn't realize, thought it was mosquitos or something. But when they didn't go away I got it confirmed it was BED BUGS. Requested refund- denied. Contacted Expedia- denied.
