Staff and rooms were great

The hotel is old and tired. We stayed here when the hotel first opened and it was lovely and novel. A wonderful experience. The hotel is showing its age and in need of an update. It took forever to get hot water for the shower-as in we ran the water for 20 minutes before it got warm kind of forever. Bed was ok-sheets and bedding have seen better days though. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was good and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great

There was people fighting next door from 4am-5am. It escalated to screaming profanities. I called front desk to complain and they said they were gonna set up security. By that time, one of the people had left

Had fire alarm had walk down 7 flights stairs carrying grande daughter and to top it all off 12:30 Saturday night got call from front desk extra blankets outside the door that we didn’t order and at 1:30 our Neighbors decide to come to there room thinking they were the only ones on the floor Other than that it was good

We couldn’t check in until 8:00pm. We had to move rooms. It had insects. The hotel had a water leak. It’s noisey. The walls are paper thin.

No breakfast included. The hotel elevators are horribly slow.

No ropes in the room, no slippers no facility whatsoever like gym swimming pool sauna

Rooms were good but the elevators are terrible. I get security and needing to use your room key to access the elevator but not to just go to your floor. We had family on a different floor and wanted to visit them and we couldn’t access their floor. We had to go all the way down and meet them to go back up to their room

+Beds and linens are excellent. Pillows are great. Spacious rooms. Location is unbeatable. Staff are great. L1 and L2 lounges are nice. -Can be loud in the room at night. Only 2 elevators can lead to wait times. No stairs. The hotel room key app is buggy.

Nice hotel. Check in very slow, staff were very nice though.

Nice spacious room, clean and bed was comfy

The only benefit of this hotel is you are on site at the mall.
