Inside the rooms is beautiful. Area and exterior could leave some a little unsettled but the renovation inside is great. Will stay again

My room did not have a phone, the ac was old and took forever to cool the room, the chair by the desk was filthy and had dirt in the wheels, there was no bag table in the closet and the sink was clogged. There was no manager available or any handyman on premises to fix the issue. My room was changed the next day which had a phone and a bag table. The owner has to do better charging what I paid. There was no continental breakfast offered only coffee. Staff were nice but I will not be staying again.

I think Chris is an owner. Spoke to him on phone an was extremely honest and welcoming. Great value here. Some renovation but did not affect my stay. I wish i remembered the guys name at front desk-he was awesome-7-2-25

I have trouble rating this hotel. It is undergoing MAJOR renovations. The rooms were excellent, but could use lamps on/near the nightstands. The desk chair had some stains and wear and some facial tissues in the room would be nice. The hallways are a completely different story. There was no air conditioning. On the hottest day of the year (when I arrived), the air in the hallways was absolutely stifling. Also no elevator in the building. Lugging all of my stuff out of my car and up the stairs to the second floor room through the stifling hallway made me appreciate the modern (and well-functioning) A/C in my room all the more.

The room itself was nice enough, but the property needs some work. And not in the greatest area. But the person checking me in was super friendly and very personable.

The guests above us were so noisy banging walking very heavy just plain annoying almost till 1:00 am

The reception area and hallways are not nice but the room was big and clean and so was the bathroom.

I am shocked to find Expedia representing this property. I have been using your website for at least 15 years and have never seen such a bad property. The place is run down and has no amenities. The room is marginal at best. I stopped by this morning to make sure the room would be made up. When we arrived this evening we found the bed was made but the bathroom was untouched. We’re paying top dollar for this room and to have to stay in this piece of trash for $300 plus per night is ridicules. I will be reevaluating my bookings in the future.

We had a good time at this hotel. We were running a little late and thankfully I had called ahead to let the front desk know, when we were visiting check in was unavailable after 9pm so keep that in mind and let staff know if you'll be arriving later. The hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed so the hotel was a little messy but nothing egregious. Friendly and helpful staff.
