After a week at an aparthotel, we decided we should spoil ourselves. This was a great option. The staff and facilities were great. The rooms were top-notch. We received an upgrade to the 28th floor. The room had just been remodeled and had some great features. We were there during a large storm, so all the eating options were limited to the hotel. They did a great job keeping up with the customer demands during such a busy evening. I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a beautiful day. Everything is good. Service is good. Staff is good. Don’t like to set up at the lobby upstairs going in your room downstairs but other than that everything is good.

Booked this hotel for the spa, but when checking in, was told the spa is under renovation but offer W hotel facilities which is nearby. Breakfast was fine, expecting more varieties. Male Staff was seen talking among themselves without paying attention to guests. Female staff are better. attentive and helpful. This hotel offer a stunning sea view.

Our experience at Hotel Arts was nothing short of magical. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at around the world, this was hands down the best in terms of service, hospitality, and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The location is perfect — right in front of the beach, with stunning views from our room. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing staff. Everyone — from the reception team to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and especially the Local Café team — was exceptional. A very special thank you to HANNAH from Lokal, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. She prepared a lovely welcome note and even wrote a personalized city guide for us. Her kindness and attention to detail meant the world to us. Thank you, Hotel Arts, for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone we know!

The staff couldn’t be nicer or more professional - the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! The room was recently renovated and was exceptional. A huge bath tub, huge comfy bed, nice linens, wonderful hibiscus water and cava upon check in. You should definitely stay here, it’s super close to the water and beautiful!

I would like to share about this hotel. I have been many hotels in the world but this is one of the best hotel. Beautiful and clean and very friendly customer service. And also house keeping was amazing. Thank you so much for all your help and support.😍
