Todo muy ordenado y limpio

Muy limpio y servicio cordial

El hotel no está bien mantenido. Se ve descuidado y viejo. El gimnasio está muy limitado y falta una caminadora, es decir está el Espacio donde seguramente hubo una. Además no hay material de limpieza que debía haber en los gimnasios hoy en día y tampoco había toallas. Las habitaciones son muy ruisosas. El personal muy desganado desde el check inn y en el servicio del desayuno. El desayuno frío y feo.

Excellent customer service

We enjoyed our stay as usual. The hotel has multiple amenities, and it is on a very centric location. There was though an important issue with check-in that I want to highlight for other guests' attention. The front-desk lady forgot to return my ID at the check-in, being that ID my driver's license. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and no one ever mentioned about it. Thankfully I realized I didn't have my ID when I booked a local trip somewhere else. When I asked why no one has brought it to my attention, the front desk lady said that not all the people at front desk paid attention but, the sad reality was that NO ONE brought it up. When I returned to the hotel to pick up my ID, I noticed there were at least 5-8 more forgotten IDs.

Todo muy bien, la atención exelente

La llave inteligente no funcionaba bien y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación!! Así sucedió con varios clientes… además la puerta del baño estaba dañada … .. en la nueva habitación también fallaba la llave !!!

Cuando rentas por medio de expidia muchas veces no te valen la recreación y se aferran y no te dan el cuarto el gerente es una persona que no respeta la recreación. es el único problema por lo de más todo está muy bien

The room was immaculate. The hotel is within walking distance to Centro. Both check-in and check-out staff were very courteous.

Es momento que no me expiden un Estado de Cuenta y marco al hotel y habaln que su sistema , ojala y nunva elijan hospedarse ahi
