We came in pretty late on our way through to Chicago. The toilet was leaking onto the floor so we just decided not to get showers and head out in the morning. Wasn’t the worst thing that could have happened and it was just a quick rool through for an overnight stay. Staff was great check in was quick and check out was super simple via a text message on my phone

It was nicer than expected, the staff were very nice.

Room had a smell once AC was running and air was moving it was good. Lots of restaurants and stores very close

The motel featured many extremely poor repaired areas including patches on walls, caulking around the tub that was obviously done with someone’s finger, non working bathroom vent fan, no grab bars in the tub/shower area, and the smell of dirty carpet.

Get what you pay for

I would have to agree with others that it is a bit outdated BUT they provided great service, and a clean room. It was great for my two night stay for business.

The phone didn’t work, I called the front desk with my cell phone and couldn’t get anyone that way either. Have to get dressed and walk to front desk and I told him about the phone and that it was dangerous if someone had an emergency and he didn’t care or offer any solution or compensation, was actually quite rude. The hotel itself was very beat up and old. I do NOT suggest staying here.

The place itself is old and in need of repair! Same with the room old and outdated! Curtains were gross the sheer white ones. guess they were white but looked yellow with rips and tears in them. Bed was not very comfortable felt used and sunken in. The gentleman at the front desk was outstanding and always pleasant!

Clean enough room for the price. Decent bedding and very quiet. Close to many restaurants. No obvious drug activity and clean outside. My daughter, grandson’s and I felt perfect fine in this room and this area.

Not enough staff, to accommodate needs

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting…

Check in was easy and quick hotel could use updating but it was clean bed was like sleeping on a table with a thin matt..

Convenient and great place to stay with my dogs.

Service was fine. Older property. Needs updated. Many newer facilities for same price in area.
