We had suite room 414 and it was amazing. The views out the windows were incredible. Large room comfortable bed, one of the best motel rooms I've ever stayed in.

Surclassement sans frais en chambre prestige avé vue sur l’opéra très apprécié. Personnel très serviable et aimable. Chambre propre. Du côté des moins: Le wifi est un peu poussif avec de la latence. Le plafonnier de la douche était défectueux, mais le pommeau de douche fonctionnait bien. Pas trouvé le sèche cheveux. Au total un agréable séjour. Très bien situé et central dans Lille.

Hotel bien mis,Hôtel globalement bien situé, en plein centre, avec un accueil et une réception vraiment excellents — c’est clairement le point fort de l’établissement. Malheureusement, l’expérience se dégrade dès l’arrivée en chambre. Les installations sont très vieillottes et peu pratiques : impossible de fermer correctement la porte des toilettes une fois assis, et la salle de bain est minuscule, sans produits à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est également très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Entre des fraises abîmées, des fruits visiblement macérés et une attente d’environ 15 minutes pour obtenir une table, le service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. En résumé, malgré un emplacement idéal et un bon accueil, la qualité des chambres et des prestations ne justifie clairement pas le standing annoncé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Lovely property . Great location in old Lille center. Can walk to restaurants and all sights . Breakfast great choices, excellent bar with a view in the evening. Staff was very nice and helpful. Has a gym and a spa , the weather was so nice I walked around the city.

Hotel staff were nice and amazing location but the gym was way too small with bad equipment and the headboard of our bed was broken.
