Modern section hotel , was of a very industrial design, not inkeeping with the main building. Room was adequate but window looked out at vent shaft (stone wall) All facilities were satisfactory, staff pleasant, accomodation ,and professional. The parking location was ideal

9月2日ニースから移動して、アヴィニョンの宿泊先に1時間遅れで到着。駅近の城壁内のホテルでチェックインの説明を受け、部屋のカードをもらい、エレベーターで2階の部屋まで案内され、案内してくれるなんて珍しいなと思ってたら、私たちの部屋の前に階段が。。。ヘビーなスーツケースを受付の可愛い女性が持ち上げて下さいました。感謝感謝！ そして、中に入ったら、また階段で。。。 私はドア横にスーツケースを置き、着替えは2階にあるチェストにしまい、義姉のスーツケースは2階に運び、2人で快適に過ごしました！ バスタブ付きの部屋を希望していたので、階段は仕方ないですね！ 鳩が住みついているようで、屋根裏でコトコトしてました。 部屋も広いし、ホテルも歴史ある建物で良かったです。 後、サラダを買って来たら、ドレッシングが入ってなくて、ホテルのレストランでオリーブオイルをかけてもらい、小さい塩の小瓶を貸していただきました。感謝！ まだ、デポジットが返って来てるか確認してませんが、きっちりしてるホテル何で大丈夫でしょう！ 3泊気持ちよく宿泊し、アヴィニョンからアルル、ポン・デュ・ガールへ観光(^^) ありがとうございました♪

L’hôtel est situé dans un cloître qui le préserve des bruits de la ville. Vous serez réveillés par le bruit de la fontaine centrale à cloître. Les 4 étoiles sont méritées. Accueil parfait, chambres superbes, bâtiment magnifique, ne sont que quelques exemples de très bel endroit que je recommande d’autant we ce dernier est à deux pas de tous les sites d’interférence d’intérêt de la ville !

This property is a beautiful historic building with tons of charm and a great location! Unfortunately, we didn’t understand the room options based on the description and ended up in a more modern “duplex” part of the building with an odd room configuration… The toilet was outside of the main hotel room in an “entryway” of sorts, and our exterior room door opened directly beside the restroom to be used for pool guests.

Try and stay in rooms in old section! Modern section was very industrial some may like but for us lacked old charm!

Prestation correcte mais dans l’ensemble, mobilier vieillissant, piscine peu entretenue et surtout certains receptioniste pas au niveau. J’ai passé commande de deux boissons depuis le QR code depuis la piscine, 30 minutes plus tard, rien. J’appelle la reception, le jeune homme m’a dit “j’arrive” sans s’excuser. Peu professionel, pas au niveau.

Nice hotel within five/ten minutes walk of the train station and centre. Perfect for a short stay in Avignon.

Notre séjour au Cloître Saint-Louis à Avignon était remarquable, un grand Merci à Adel et célia, qui nous ont accueilli et accompagné tout au long de notre séjour avec gentillesses et professionalisme, un grand merci aussi au personnel d'entretien des chambres qui sont irréprochables de propreté et de gentilles attentions et surtout particulièrement un grand merci à Khadija la responsable d'équipe (et on comprend pourquoi elle occupe se rôle) et un grand merci tout particulier à Naïma qui c'est merveilleusement occupé de notre confort et qui est vraiment une très belle personne .... We arrived by train, hotel is 5 minute walk from the station. Beautiful historical building with modern amenities. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Séjour parfait pour profiter du festival d'Avignon. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

The hotel is average. The shower is not good. My rooms where not reachable with the elevator. Location is super. Breakfast was oké.

Perfect location right outside the Avignon City Central train station. The entry courtyard is stunning with a historic charm. While the room wasn’t ready until check-in time, I was happy to get access to the rooftop pool and wait with my sunglasses and book. My room was in the old section of the hotel - a simple, smaller room on the top floor with a comfortable bed. For those wondering, the air conditioning was more than enough to keep me cool during 90F days! It just takes a little while to cool the whole room - then I even turned it down. When I come back to Avignon, I’ll stay here again!

Équipe toujours sympathique et chaleuse. Hotel de caractère et très bien situé. Parking privatif mais 18 euros et avoir besoin de passer au lave auto est peut-être un onéreux.

古い館です。バスルームが広い。 ベッドも大きい。素敵な中庭がある大きな建物。 駅から近くメインストリートにすぐだから、電車で来た人にはとても便利。Wi-Fiもサクサクつながる。

駅か近く、便利です。古い石の建物で、広々として、天井が高くて博物館みたいです。駐車場は裏手で、徒歩でチェックインする通りでなく、駅から一本先のパブの角を左折し、ベトナム料理やを左折するとすぐです。アメニティはロクシタンのバーベナでした。朝食は搾りたてオレンジジュースが飲めます。ぜひ中庭で。ものすごく狭いエレベーターで面白かったです。

Very nice location within the ramparts in an old convent. Rooms are spacious, but with a strange layout making less comfortable. Service is rather poor.
