Terrible customer service and room

Super helpful staff. Love the breakfast.

The room was warn, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special. Picked this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be.

Stay was convenient, quite, staff members were very nice, helping and smiling. The quality of breakfast and quality of coffee (which serverd all day including hot water!) still could be improved to make this stay exceptional.

Close to Ridgewood where we had business and close to the tollway we used to get to the airport

Hallway ceilings are very low. Looking down the hallway felt like i was in willie wonka movie. Very clean, staff very polite.

Stay was good, but my wife left her jacket and nobody found it. Could not understand if it was left in the room when checking out, it should have been found.

All went well with appearance, convenience and helpful staff. The only problem for me with asthma was the smell throughout the halls and my room. It was musky with an over used smell comparable to a mix of carpet fresh plus my old Aunt’s perfume. The base smell plus the coverup fragrance permeated my CPAP machine and clothing. It’s now a smell in my car after leaving because of the permeated transfer of odor. My opinion is if you have to use fragrance throughout, maybe it’s time for a deep clean and search for the origin smell. Otherwise, everything appeared clean and tidy. Just the smell got me.

In town for family function. Was very comfortable for 3 nights. Bonefish Grill was great too!

Brianna at the front desk went above and beyond when my daughter left her baby blanket in the room after we checked out. We had made it all the way home 6 hours away before we noticed. Luckily she and the housekeeping staff helped get it back! Hotel is well maintained and staff are great, would recommend!

I like that they allowed me to get into my room at 1 pm rather than waiting to 3-4 pm

Breakfast staff is awesome!

Once I figured out how to close the curtains it was perfect. Came for a funeral and it was very close to where I needed to go.

The place was a little dated- but warm and welcoming. Parking lot well lit. Only one elevator and pretty far from our room. We were able to use back stairs coming and going which was close to where we parked. The breakfast in the morning was good, warm and filling. The property was close to the sites we were visiting- very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Nice basic hotel. It looks like it was recently upgraded and was clean. Our room was quiet. The Bonefish restaurant next door was very good.

It was a decent value. Property is aging, but in decent condition. Queen beds are more like full size, but comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The check-in was great. Although, there was a minor glitch, in terms of the room. Apparently, there was a mistake with the reservation. I requested 2 queen size beds, but when I arrived at the hotel, their system reserved it for 1 king size bed. The staff immediately remediated the issue by upgrading me to a suite with 2 queen size beds.
