Friendly and helpful staff!

There was a hockey tournament which i was not inform3d of.11pm at night there was kids playing hockey in the hallways...nothing would of been done if i did not call the front desk.very dissappointing.Also if you book a night at a hotel..there should be a spot to park ur vehicle...paying for parking was not very nice to have to do.especiallty considering i had to make a parkint space as ther3 was none for us to park in.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and thought that it was awesome.

Television didn’t work in our room, had to change rooms for that reason. Other then that everything else was perfect

I chose this hotel because it was the only one offering hot tub at the moment I booked. I really wanted to use it after a long drive. The hot tub was out of order as well as the laundry. I understand repairs may be needed but the guests should be informed about these situations on the website before booking or after booking. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable. The shower is placed too low and also with a very low water pressure. Staff was friendly at every moment. Not a terrible stay at all, but there are better options for the same money.

The room was spotless when we came in, and it was extremely comfortable. The staff was welcoming and they weren’t judgemental or made me feel uncomfortable. I extremely enjoyed my stay and will be going there again when there is an event at the big fiddle.

Horrible, packs of hockey players and we got put on the 2nd floor…pet friendly floor! Dog barking as we got off the elevator on a very dirty carpet. Left immediately.

Reno wake up noise was very annoying an apology at check out with a free $8 parking was hardly a compensation offering considering when booking thete was no mention of renos.

Clean room - a bit dated but in the process of renovations. Great location by the harbour. Friendly staff.
