Only issue we had was the AC unit does not have an auto mode for the fan. It continously runs.

The room was clean up on arrival and the bed was comfortable. However, we were there three nights and no staff cleaned or cared for our room. No clean towels, trash not emptied. We informed the front desk after the first night and got clean towels. The staff at the front desk said they would inform housekeeping, but again - no housekeeping after the second night. Other aspects were as expected. Normal breakfast selection and quality. Plenty of parking, etc.

Upon arrival, inspected the sheets and found them dirty and old. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room, but they were booked full. She did give me a set of new sheets. Just a bit frustrating after arriving late and just wanting to sleep but instead had to make the bed. The breakfast the next morning was lovely, however, with a lot of good choices.

Price was right and hotel was fine.

Heard mechanical type noise in room all night long.

We stayed here on our way to drop our daughter to college at Pitt. Beds were very comfy. A/c in the room worked well, although it was loud. We also ran into trouble trying to get back into our room due to the door latch opening.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. The room ventilation was bad. Beds were cold and damp, no matter what the temperature in the room was set to. Very uncomfortable. Cobwebs on table lamp, was not cleaned even after being informed. Would not book stay here again.

The outdoor spaces were dark(in the back) I didn't go there because the staff said there was no light. Out front is a smoking area for the staff and some guests. Cars were cruising the parking lot for I don't know what but it seemed dubious. The smoking staff said "the locals cruise through ".Why? This hotel is tucked way back at the end of an oddly planned business area. The room itself was comfortable but the bathroom had no place to hang a towel or your clean clothes you are putting on after a shower nit even on the back of the door. I had tge time to stay one more day( I stayed 3) but decided to go home one day early. Western Pennsylvania is a beautiful place. Stay somewhere nicer than this.

Floor in bathroom and entry way looked unswept. Bedspread could use better cleaning.

We stayed only one night at this hotel. We were given a room in first floor which is close to the lobby & icemachine. So, it was a bit noisy, could not get sleep properly. The bathroom shower is broken and not working properly. The temperature of water varied from cold to hot to cold.

The hotel was nice and in close proximity to both Oakmont and Pittsburgh.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff.

The property was relatively clean and attractive, but the elevator was tired looking and the microwave inside our room wasn't working...it was still a good experience

Looks like they are trying to update the hotel rooms. The room was pretty small. And our comforter had a stain on it and the other bed sheets had 'dirt' or something on it, so probably not the cleanest.
