The rooms were small

Room was clean and quiet.

The room was small and dated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets were coming off all the time. The pool was not working. The pancake machine wasn’t working. Nice staff especially the kitchen staff.

needs more ev charging stations for ev users

Did not appreciate the extra fee for parking.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The check in and check out process was really smooth. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

The hotel was easy to find and in great location. We walked to Clifton Hill and the falls no problem. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very close by and easily accessible. The breakfast had a lot to offer and was good. We would stay here again!

The property was a clean and calm place to stay. The rooms are warm and the beds are comfortable. Overall enjoyed my 3 night stay and the breakfast they offered was great for being included in your stay. The food options were good and tasty. Only down side is we asked for toilet paper as we ran out but we never got it, luckily it was our last night and we had to deal with the little we had.

Clean, Quite, Safe. Continental Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The parking of $25 per night is too much especially for off season tourism.

Surpringly nice hotel for NF. Impressed with how clean the kept the place, the breakfast was really nice and lots to choose from. Most importantly the service (espacially at the front desk) was exceptional.
