When we checked in the staff was not friendly and told us we had to pay a $100 incidental fee upon check in. When reserving this room that fee was never discussed. We got our key and went to the room, and when we opened the door a horrible stench met us. The room wasn't clean. The floor had not been vacuumed, and the television did not have a signal. We went to the desk to ask for another room and was met with aggravation. We also informed the clerk that the hallways had not been vacuumed. She did not care. We will never stay in that hotel again.

There was a bad, sour smell that was very annoying…and floor and carpeting in the room was very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable, no bugs were spotted. The employees working were friendly enough. We cut our stay short….

Pool closed "for the season" - in June? Very minimal breakfast ... we ate elseware. Manditory $100 damage deposit??? Will look somewhere else on next trip to Indy.

This place needs to be updated and cleaned!

non smoking rooms smelled like cigerettes, was a shooting down the hall, prostitution. I believe this place is bad area! is terrible for anyone, after shooting we just pulled out,

It was horrible they have bed bugs and wouldn't give me a different room slept in my car

Dirty carpet, hair on bathroom floor, and very strong chemical smell. We have stayed at this motel everytime we have an early flight. Not sure we will return to this hotel.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the tub was stained. The guy ar the desk said they were remodeling. They were doing carpets first and the bathrooms. All though I saw now sign of work being done anywhere.

Strong odor of weed, your wife and kids wouldn't feel safe.

Couldn't understand the girl at the front desk. Her english wasn't very good. Bathroom door was warped around the latch and couldn't be shut. No ice machine on second floor. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival I noticed that I was booked to this particular hotel that did not compliment my filters on my search for a room because I specifically wanted an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub. I explained this to the lady at the desk who was very unprofessional and confrontational and very underqualified to be left alone with her duties. At the last moment when I was getting ready to swipe my credit card I realized that she said the only hot tub was in a room and the only pool it was outside both of which I had no purpose or used for

Bathroom had water all over the floor. Carpet had not been vacuumed, chair had stuff in it. There was a weird smell in the room. Just not a place i want to return to.

They say do not take online reservations. Come lobby room and pay here. We have for you discount if pay here thay say.

The room I booked and paid was not available. Also, room given was not opened with card and had come back again to get another room

First impressions are key. The entryway was littered with empty cups and just trash. It appeared to have never been swept. There appears to be an effort at remodeling, Howe ver, the furniture should have been addressed years ago as it was…well…falling apart and just gross to look at. Oddly, our room had no sprinklers or smoke alarms. The breakfast was non-existent, and every morning you had to request food. The coffee was good, but you had to request a cup. The toilet seat…come on man, just replace it. It had been painted or patched or something, it was just gross also. Nuff said.

This hotel is completely under construction with drywall dust everywhere. It was loud and filthy. We got locked out of our room because the door lock malfunctioned. We never received service in our room because the staff couldn’t get in, but didn’t say anything. The last night there we found a cockroach on the bedside table. They offered to switch us rooms, but the whole place is disgusting.
