Air conditioning did not work. Shower had mold inside and sink plug blocked..

A pleasant, quiet stay at a reasonable price. A bit out-of-the-way, but the best wood-fired pizza in Sarnia is only a 10min walk away.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. A bit annoying to have to get someone to let you in the gym, but I guess it's to keep it to only a few people at once. The gym spray bottle didn't work and the treadmill was sticky; I told the front desk, but the next day it was the same. Breakfast was good and different both days.

Clean and comfortable with an amazing staff. The breakfast staff is wonderful!

The hotel was clean with an excellent breakfast. However the mattress was too small for the spring support and your legs would continually hit the steel supports. Also the mattress was poor.

Building is older but very well maintained and updated through the years. Happy helpful staff make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. My only advice to fellow travellers is to ask for a room not facing the 402 highway. It was loud with truck traffic but the A/C drowned it out when it was running.

This Quality Inn is a beautiful new Hotel. Staff is excellent, rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Would stay again.

Great location, with clean updated rooms, great shower great bed and very helpful staff.

The hotel was clean and as I requested I had a room away from the street which was provided. The night was quiet and staff very helpful. If recommend the Sarnia Confort Inn to anyone needing accommodation in the Sarnia area.
