1 Star goes to the location and the view. It is far from being a 4 star hotel. It begins the moment you arrive when the glass sliding door opens and makes a lot of noise, thank god it works. Then you reach the elevators, each and every one of them should be dumped, very slow, make a lot of noise, the doors don't even close properly and they frequently break down. The rooms are okay, old though but well taken care of, but definitely need an update. Around midnight, it starts to smell in the room like a public toilet and the only way to get rid of it is by opening the balcony door. It probably comes from the ventilation. Heated pool and sauna: Both are on the 9th floor and reachable with the elevator. The pool room is rusty, mouldy and kind of neglected. The water isn't so warm and the pool isn't filled up completely. The water would cover your knees or so. The sauna is only 3 hours from 5 pm. It is very small for such a big hotel, very very old and if you throw a little bit of water on the stove the electricity might go down. The water bucket is an old metal bucket with holes on the side and inside there is a cut off Bier can to be used to throw water. I have never seen anything like this, not even in a public sauna. The breakfast we regret every Cent we paid for, a huge waste of money. 100% English oriented and not of a good quality, only one kind of sliced cheese and the coffee is disgusting. Excellent overall

A great hotel minutes from the train station. Near to shops or 10min walk to beach and promenade. There is a lovely open bar/entertainment space, football on the TV and entertainment in the evening. We found the range of food very good and plenty of room in the restaurant. There are fabulous views from the balcony and our room had a very comfortable bed. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Areas for improvement: Room soundproofing is very poor, with noise easily heard from other rooms and the hallway. Elevators are slow and crowded. The breakfast hall is noisy, and drink stations often require long queues. Room ventilation is weak; in November the air conditioning only produced warm air. Positives: Common areas and rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping. The rooftop terrace is great, and the pool area is spacious (though the pool was closed in November). Summary: Decent value for money, but not up to a four-star standard.

We was on the eighth floor and they was amazing. Checking in staff were very rude and ignorant.

Hotel was cleaned, staff very helpful. Happy with my stay. Food taste was not the best but edible.

I was given a lovely room on the seventh floor (which is the uppermost in one section of the building) almost at the end of the corridor and far from any possible lift noise. There was poor lighting in the area just inside the main door, and it was not great either in the bathroom. That was a little cramped but was fully equipped with lovely in bath shower and bidet. plenty of storage around the basin. The balcony has a centrally controlled light which is not switched off before 11 pm. In room safe rental is expensive..currently at 4 euros per day. The TV is wonderful ! many UK regular channels. Breakfasts are average..meant to be served from 7.30 but at this time there are always plenty of people already eating.

This hotel was so central to EVERYTHING. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was perfect, and our room was GREAT!! The beds were very comfortable, and our balcony was in the perfect location so we did not get afternoon sun. Our stay was fantastic and this hotel was a big part of that feeling. 😁

This property is tired and rundown. The staff are disinterested in providing any decent service. The breakfast buffet is just plain, awful, poor quality, food, and running empty on everything. This hotel would be great if the staff and ownership would take some pride in the property.

First time in torremolinos and this hotel to me was very good. First time doing and all inclusive holiday and this is the benchmark so far and I was impressed. Few issues here and there tvs need to be in the wall some paint and get rid of the old furniture and tidy up a wee touch it will be worth the time and effort. Overall I would still definitely recommend staying here

O hotel tinha tudo para ser muito bom. Os quartos são espaçosos. Porém, precisa de reforma, atualizar os quartos. A internet é ruim. Tive que solicitar toalha todos os dias pois não colocavam. O cafe da manhã é uma gritaria, muita gente. E oferece o básico. Nada de mais. As piscinas sempre cheias de crianças. É um hotel de família, não para quem quer relaxar. E longas espera para o elevador. Como não tinha sinal de wifi no quarto, a TV também não funcionava direito. Talvez um hotel mais em conta, uma pousada, eu teria mais descanso.

El todo incluido es mediocre y la mayoría de las cosas hay que pagarlas aparte,el bufet escaso y de mala calidad. Los ascensores muy lentos y saturados y la piscina demasiado pequeña y masificada. La atención del personal excelente y en limpieza todo impecable. La animación deja bastante que desear.
