Not far from the west Edmonton mall but not around anything fun. Has a nice pool the restaurant was good. House keeping never came to my room once in 3 days had to go find them to get TP for my room cause there was none in the room when I checked in.

This hotel is ok. It is old and could use an update. The breakfast was horrible. There was only 1 attendant in the breakfast room. It was dirty and overcrowded. There was no food out except cereal and bread. It was like the attendant was a hoarder and kept everything in the back room. If you asked for a yogurt or a piece of fruit she didn't want to give it to you. There was no creamer for the watered-down coffee and no juice or milk. We stayed for 2 nights but opted to go elsewhere for breakfast. The bed was ok if you like a soft bed. The T.V. channels are very limited. We didn't go to the pool as it was very busy.

AC was super loud, Breakfast was not your typical continental breakfast, only bread, cereal, super light coffee, boiled eggs.

They did not honor every arrangement as expected. They requested a $200 deposit per room once I arrived, even though I had already made the payment in advance and there was no statement made as too being an extra deposit on top. They also had difficulty locating my second room reservation and initially claimed I had only booked one room, which would have resulted in me being charged again for the second room. Overall, the check-in process was disorganized and frustrating.

You get what you pay for with this hotel, that is all I will say.

I booked this in the wrong area completely first off. Won't ever be staying here again. Literally this entire area is ghetto AF. Walking into the "free breakfast" area. I felt like I walked into a homeless shelter soup kitchen situation. This was a very pathetic breakfast set up. Everyone looked legit homeless or really rough. And other guests people have major staring problems, The staff was fine no complaints with them. The room was wayyy too small in general. This place needs some serious upgrades. The pool is probably the only good thing about this place.

cleanliness and good staff but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was so loud… we can’t sleep because of this. it was so inconvenient specially for those people who need to rest and getting up early. it will not be comfortable if we cannot use the air condition.

Continental breakfast was so bad I didn’t go the second morning. Hotel had broken windows, and a heavy police presence. A true ghetto experience.

Never used AC the Bulding is old and run down. Hot tub Jets out of service. That was the only reason i stayed there.

Outdated air conditioning and showers.

The room was dated but pretty clean and the water park was really fun. The kids loved it. The tv only had live tv which isn’t ideal. But we had a lovely time here. The breakfast in the morning had lots of options but was really busy and chaotic.

Our toilet backed up in the middle of the night. Peolpe were sneaking in the back door to waterslide. it was very dirty and run down. Breakfast was terrible and the lady running it was SUPER RUDE. We were suppose to stay 2 nights and we made sure we were gone by checkput first day.

Both rooms were OK with my wife and nephew, Both being clean Freaks! Thus, I Am Grateful for the Great Atmosphere and great sleep!

The property was dirty, someone vomited outside the doorway.I let the staff know three times, was told each time they would get it cleaned up. I stayed 2 days it was still there when I checked out. The chairs in the lobby [for guests to sit on] where ripped and had stains all over them. The breakfast room was dirty, wasn't stocked, was no coffee, bagels, no eggs and cereal was going on empty.The lady standing at the door to the breakfast room, stood there on her phone watching the time. As soon as it hit 10:00 she told everyone to get out she started packing everyones food up. There where people standing in line waiting to get something for breakfast.And she kicked them out, she was just so rude.
