Funny how these reviews never offer "price" in the "What did you like?" portion. I guess they know even when it's a "deal" we're being gouged. . . . . .and just want to gloss over it. Anyway, room was clean. Had to switch rooms because of a bent shower curtain. My biggest issue was the customer service. 1st room had HDMI ports that didn't work (along with the shower curtain issue), 2nd room had a TV so old it didn't even have HDMI ports. I didn't think that was possible. . . . .even for a "budget" hotel. The solution in both cases was "They tell us to tell guests to just use the provided cable. Don't try to connect your game console, fire stick, etc.". What? I noticed a small stain on my sheet I didn't notice the night before (because I had to change rooms and really wasn't paying attention). Not a big deal and it wasn't someplace that actually bothered me, but it was there. I ask them to change my sheets, and they proceed to tell me my housekeeping is every 3 days. I said "That's fine, but I inherited that issue so can it be taken care of?". She repeats herself, I repeat myself, and she shakes her head as if I don't get it. I'm like, your staff didn't do their job correctly so your rule shouldn't apply until they have. She says, "I can give you sheets to change yourself.". I tell her "...that's fine..." so we can move on. Those exchanges rub me wrong. It means I'm dealing with a human robot vs a human thinker who can speak to the nuance of the situation.

The first room we checked into smelled musty. There was a dehumidifier in the entrance of the room and black mold in the air conditioner. I told the front desk and they put us in a second room that had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and all over the shower head. I will not be staying here again, and you shouldn't either.

Shower was dirty, only a 1/4 roll of tp and hairdryer was broken. I would also recommend eggs without cheese for those who cant eat cheese.

Great for a one night stay.

The overall cleanliness of the room was unkept. The curtains were dirty and had holes. The hallway carpeting needed vacuumed. I cut my stay short because I was not comfortable with the room.

Staff was lazy and rude! Not welcoming at all. Room was not clean, hair all in the bathroom. Had a very unclean smell. My room door was broke in a way that you had to slam for it to come back aligned to close and feel some security. I didn't complain based on how i seen staff treating others about their own complaints. Overall not so good experience.

I didn’t stay here but they charged my card for the night. I canceled my stay 24 hrs before and I still got charged.

Was close to Target field and Mall of America

really needs an update, but was good for one night and they don’t disclose anywhere that there is a pet fee - $25 per night.

We have stayed at this hotel for our last four trips and have never been disappointed. The rooms are always very comfortable and clean and they have a very good breakfast. It's our first choice of a place to stay when we head to the Minneapolis area.

Great rates, clean and has full breakfast which was nice! Elevators are a little sketchy and could use some tending to.

This hotel needs much repair and uodating...many things out of order. The elevator was slow and scary. We had some black mold in our shower ceiling and the toilet would continue to run after flushing. No bar to hang towels near sink. Could not wait to leave, but staff were nice.

It was great there just need to be some adjustments of some of the areas since some parts of paint and walls are falling off

First thoughts walking in thought it was going to be a good stay, checked in and went to our room and there was already someone in there. New room didn’t have amenities they say are in each room. Rooms need lots of updating. Elevator needs a lot of work. Breakfast was a good selection. Overall would not stay again, thought better of Wyndham.

Great place to stay, rooms are larger than average. Breakfast is good. The people working there are really nice.
