The location is central near the Laatarria area. It is a well maintained older hotel.

I researched the area when booking, and this hotel from visual sites and ratings seems accommodating.. I checked off my boxes once I arrived. I was greeted and welcomed. A comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a cold room with A/C. They also offered breakfast, which hit the spot. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, work, and at an affordable price. I like it and will recommend this property.

O hotel tem excelente custo benefício, pois é muito bem localizado no centro de Santiago, o que favorece conhecer pontos turistícos dentro da cidade e a pé. Os funcionários são gentis e cordiais. As instalações físicas do hotel são OK. Ponto de melhoria: colocarem à disposição, café da manhã com maior variedade de itens, além de preços promocionais no restaurante interno para hóspedes em outras refeições.

Comfortable and large room, the AC isn't the best though. Breakfast was pretty decent, but didn't vary from day to day. Just a couple of minutes walk to the shops and Plaza de Armas, plus churches and museums. Bus stops and a few convenience stories and bakeries right outside the hotel.

the hotel is conveniently located in the old part of town and is relatively safe and very walkable.

Expedia failed to tell them that wehad paid for breakfast so we had to pay i.e. we paid twice

Très bien situé pour visiter les principales attractions du quartier . Quartier peu sûr le soir mais nous n’avons pas eu de problème . Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel était bien dans tout ses aspects. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine .

Muy bonito el Hotel. La decoracion muy tipico de la cultura de Chile Se encuentra en el area del centro de Santiago y caminando podiamos acceder en 5 min. A la plazade armas. Cerca del cerro de Santa Lucia y

Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Really beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We arrived early in the morning and they were really kind to let us check in straight away which was amazing after a long overnight flight. I would highly recommend staying here.

Close to metro, lots of dining options, close to city center. Fantastic breakfast

The hotel was comfortable and well situated. The restaurant did a very reasonable 3 course supper that was a good price. It is a modern building and the hotel pool is disappointingly small.
