I didn’t like that they gave me a room that the lack on the front door was missing. This type of situation makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The particular room should not be given to anyone until the issue is being fixed.
I was able to transfer to another room and I was told that I was going to receive a complementary $50 credit for the restaurant, however, when I check out, it wasn’t even mention on the notes and the person in the front was not able to give an answer and needed to talk to manager. At this point, I don’t think I will get anything.
