Staff Rude ice machine broken suspicious characters lurking around. Run down facilities... Parking lot in major disrepair.

We got put out for them accusing us of smoking in a non smoking room wouldn't even toll cans back to see us in our car smoking unlike they employees then they didn't want to give us our refund after cutting the booking short just the deposit

It served its purpose

Apparently they had just remodeled this room. It appeared that it hadn’t been cleaned after the remodel. There was what I was told construction dust all over the room. I thought it was cat litter. It was in the drawers of the dresser all over the floor everywhere. I can’t imagine that they didn’t see it. There wasn’t a remote control for the TV and then when I got one, it didn’t turn the TV on. The bed had some kind of a cover on it that caused it to feel very clammy. I didn’t get to sleep until after 2:30 and someone that worked there maybe on the landscaping crew was yelling outside of my door at 7 AM not the way I wanted to wake up after a short night Overall it was not a good experience

Property is Ok.

We only stayed over night, room was, comfortable sadly refrigerator did not work was unable to keep our food cool

It was great the staff was very friendly and it was in walking distance of a Cracker Barrel 😊 also close to the major colleges for graduation

Our night was very good in this hotel. The room was clean and everything was working.

The people were very nice and kind, the room was really ugly and run down. It was way over-priced. The bed squeaked, and was uncomfortable. It may have been as clean as they could get it, but it just looked dirty. First and last stay.

Shower had mold and so did the air conditioner. The Toilet was loose and seat didn’t fit. No soap or shampoo.

Outdated hotel but friendly stuff

Staff was nice and accommodating. It was a basic motel.

Bathroom was very dirty and rusted. There was no soap for shower or sink. There was no alarm clock.The price was advertised as $90/night, but that was only for Thursday night, Friday night price went up to $390/night since the local university was having graduation and hotel was taking advantage.

I had a terrible experience staying at Red Roof Inn. My room keys were not working, so I had to visit the front desk several times. The room wasn't very clean, and it smelled bad. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
