love the hotel. did not know it was in front of a graveyard lol. but it was peacefully and staff was excellent

Rooms recently remodeled

They canceled my reservation and didn’t tell me. I booked 2 months in advance. I was there for an event at the Ohio state stadium. Got there right at check in and they told me they over booked and canceled my reservation. They failed to tell myself or Expedia the canceled my reservation. According to Expedia I still had a room. Every hotel in the area was full by that point.

The upgrades are very nice but maybe not well thought out? The room that I stayed in had obnoxious lighting Around the window allowing light to flood in my room around the curtains. I would stay again but would need another room.

I had to change rooms multiple times. They couldn't get the door to open on the first room and the air conditioning did not work in the second room. The area is fairly rough and it is not near the actual campus. I am not sure how it is a Red Roof plus...it is an a standard Red Roof Inn with doors to the outside. The Red Roof Inn plus by the convention center is very nice. The guy working the front desk was nice.

The property was under renovation.. the air condition in our room did not work room stayed 76°. They did not have another room to move us too. It was hot, miserable and loud.

TV was not connected. Dog in room next to us barked for hours.

With only one person in line in front of me, it took 25 min to check in. After I came back from my concert, I wanted to chill out and watch some tv. It would not work no matter what I tried with the remote. The front desk promised help but none came.

Overall it was an OK stay. We were only in the room for about 8 hours. TV didn't work, bed moved frequently when getting in and out of bed. They said they are refunding some money for the TV problem, but we havent seen it yet. Front desk staff was helpful and kind.

No issues except lack of trash can in the rolm. Not really a big deal tho. Lol.

Super close to OSU, and price was right.

Rented room for 4 day festival, room was remodeled, clean and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Staff terrible. Did not disclose maid service was on demand. No sign to hang on door available. I had to request toilet paper and towels. We had to share a single wash cloth for 3 people. Requested maid service 2xbut only got it 1 day out of 5 night stay. Requested more towels i was told only could supply for 2 people-3 were in the room. Had to put garbage outside door. Trash can on property was full. On check in to room my door was blocked by construction And room door was wide open with materials laying inside
