I don’t think the room had been vacuumed, but other than that it was great!

The staff was lovely, check in was easy and breakfast was great! The room was definitely one of the dirtier rooms I've ever stayed in. The carpet was decoupaged with stains and dirt, and there were hairs in the bed and bath. For this price point my only hope is clean but it did disappoint in that arena.

I just love staying at your hotel. It’s always clean. The staff is always courteous and I always feel welcome. I love the location. If I had anything negative to say about this visit, it was that the continental breakfast was a little bit sparse when I went, however, I was late to the game so I would have to blame myself for that. See you next month. Cheers.

Clean rooms, staff, breakfast

The front desk staff was slow when we first arrived and seemed more worried about not staying past the end of their shift. We had to get out key cards reactivated twice in less than four hours

Clean spacious room. Good location next to mall.

Staff was very helpful. Room was old most of the lights didn’t work or plug ins.

The only complaint is the room temperature was 26 when I checked in. Took hours to cool down to more comfortable level.

Absolutely spotless, beautiful room, beautiful breakfast. Staff was friendly. The only thing I can say negative about it was how many homeless people lurking in the corners when you’re walking around and no hot tub which they should have one with the pool I had my truck cables tried to get stolen by some thieves, but I chased them off. They didn’t have it on. Camera didn’t feel very safe there at night time just because of the drug addicts lurking around trying to warm up.

Comfy beds, good hotel amenities, friendly staff. Only negative was how you could hear everything going on in the hall from your room but overall still a good place to stay.

The hotel was clean. The area was mostly safe. The exterior door by our room was being propped open by other people using a conference room, which is uncool given the safety of everyone in the hotel. The front desk handled it. I probably wouldn't stay again on a weekend due to the lounge. It got very loud and I am not a drinker so I don't enjoy being around tipsy patrons - that was my fault. I should have researched more. The breakfast was pretty standard and always nice not to have to spend extra money on at least one meal.

Room was clean, had a good rest. Would stay here again.
