Room was clean, bed was comfortable and lots of pillows (king room) good shower pressure, liked there was conditioner and body wash not just bar soap and shampoo, staff were friendly, breakfast was good with options (including bacon), keurig, microwave and fridge in room, wifi was spotty, and tv options could be better but we were only there for a stop over night, our room the carpets were clean, air conditioning worked well and not noisy, black out curtains, plenty of free parking. They have 2 elevators but one was out of service. There are restaurant/fast food options within walking distance and a mini liquor store outside the building, plus there is a small bar inside the hotel and a pool but we never used them. Overall it was good for the night and price point was considerably less than where we would normally stay.

Got what you paid for. Breakfast wasnt worth it. Clean beds but rooms were outdated.

There is an instant presence of smoke which was the most disappointing feature. I guess I should have looked into that, it’s not as bad as some I have been too. The carpets are gross and you get the bare minimum for toiletries. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was a hot day. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was no fix for the air conditioner at first so we were just provided a fan, someone came back when they remembered there was a special switch for the air conditioner in the pool side rooms. The breakfast is ok and the server was friendly.

Had a nice pool. Breakfast area big and spacious. Staff great. Our pet friendly room was spacious but carpet needs to be updated and bed mattress sank too much Lots of parking

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The place is currently under construction, high it badly needs. The “wear” on our room in particular was heavy. The staff were all very nice, and it did what it needed to do…shelter us! Hopefully the completed remodel will bring it back to it’s glory days.

Hotel had swimming pool, restaurant, lounge and good receptionist..

Bedroom carpet was so dirty and gross.

The room we were assigned on check in was unacceptable! Stains on the couch and carpet. Room had been painted and no drop clothes used so dried paint spots all over the carpet. The base boards were all loosening from the walls. I’m not usually a complainer but I couldn’t stay in that room. The second room was better; still not great, so that was our home for three days. The continental breakfast was sparse but acceptable. On that note, the staff was great. This property is very rough, sad to see as I remember this property to be one of the better hotels in Lloydminster for its age.

Hotel and rooms are dated, but room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, not a standard free hotel breakfast. Only complaint is that there is not independent AC in the room- so while the room was a consistent average 20 degree temperature, we wanted it cooler and couldn’t adjust

It’s good considering the price. They have a very interesting bar which open until late night. The hotel is old, but the employee is friendly.

Overall, the room was clean, and I had no major cleanliness concerns. There were a few stains in the carpet, appeared to be old, set-in stains rather than something housekeeping had simply missed. Feels dated. The furniture has quite a bit of wear and could use some simple repairs or refinishing. The bathroom would benefit from the most attention for repairs, light fixture was dirty and stained inside. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. The jetted tub was concerning, the jets themselves, were heavily corroded, and grime had built up around the grooves, making them look like they needed a thorough deep cleaning. One unusual thing happened the following morning after we had showered and were getting ready to leave: the jetted tub suddenly turned itself on with a very loud noise. Unexpected and a little startling. The curtains. They were too short for the windows and did not block out enough light, especially with the early summer sunrise, making it difficult to keep the room dark in the morning. On the positive side, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was clean and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The hotel appears to have previously been a branded property, likely a Days Innbased on the décor and layout. The transition to an independent property may reflect a decision by ownership not to continue investing in the level of updates and renovations that a branded affiliation would typically expect or require.

Stain on carpet floors. Layout of rooms a bit weird. Pool was fairly nice. Staff were good.

Hotel is always clean and staff is exceptional . Undergoing some renovations right now so a little messy, but, will be nicer once they are done.

Safe and secure elevator to our floor. Breakfast was wonderful. Would stay here again
