My stay was excellent. They exceeded my expectations.

Room was clean staff made a phone call shortly after checking in to make sure that everything was okay.

The staff was great. I definitely didn't appreciate when I had to put my deposit with my debit card being charged an extra $21 for administration fee fees. I will not be staying there again, but the staff were good solely because of that I stay at hotels all the time and come across that just a money grab

Room was clean and spacious, the staff was super nice and helpful. Ended up extending for a few weeks.

Close to the olympic oval, covered parking to avoid the snow. Good breakfast!

We drove 3 hours to get to Calgary, I needed a washroom bad. My wife and I walked in to front desk, with our luggage, told the girl we’re checking in, gave her my name, and I asked if they had a lobby bathroom, and she lied and said no. I know better. I thought ok let’s do this, hurry please, she asked for my credit card, identification, I complied, then she told me where the bathroom was, so I left all my info on the counter and went . That kinda mad me angry, and I wasnt pleased. Rooms are old, need upgrades, but clean. Then in the morning my wife and I went down for a coffee and the coffee canister was empty, and there was no one around, we checked out and I told the girl behind the reception, the coffe was empty and we left.

The beds were the best that I’ve ever had at a hotel, cleanness is good except for the dusting breakfast was awesome. I can’t wait to stay there again.

The hotel needs major renovations , the smell in the room and the inside hotel is awful , plumbing barely works !! Never again

The staff was good. The hotel could use some ... repair. The fan cover in our bathroom was not properly installed so it was like an open hole in the ceiling. The elevators are scary to ride, they always feel like they are about to fall off the cables. The vending machine is "out of order" but has been that way since our last stay there 3 years ago. The internet went down and, sadly, made us miss the entire NYE countdown

The hotel is a bit worn in some areas but was very good value. Excellent service from all staff we dealt with. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hot tub and pool area were a bit worn but hot tub was hot and relaxing. Breakfast was good, the breakfast attendant lady was very nice & helpful. Make your own waffle, scrambled eggs, sausages, breads and bagels for toasting, oatmeal, yogurt, apples, juice, coffee etc. Something for everyone. Good value, we would stay here again.
