Room was fine, appreciated the staff. Parking was a bit rough, but the best possible, given the space. The sack breakfast was uninspired, and not what I was expecting from the listing, which boasted of its "free breakfast". Likewise, the coffee service had no milk or liquid creamer, and the cups provided were extremely small.

Owners were very nice and the staff was also very pleasant. Nice neighborhood. Rooms were fine. Breakfast is the same thing every morning, a bagel, cheese, apple, and a juice, in a paper bag at the front desk. 10/15 minute walk from metro, very convenient

Property owners were warm and welcoming to me and my children and were even kind to allow them a late check out when I had to leave early. I recommend this location.

It is located near main routes. The place was clean and staff was helpful.

It did not look like the picture in the ad. It was nice and clean. I did get a bagel, orange juice and apple on the way out. The room was nice and clean, but kinda small. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. 4 half pillows. No extra blankets in the room. My back and side was so sore when I finally got up. I was up and down all night. Overall okay.

Train station to DC 10 mins walk. Breakfast go bag only thank you for the apple. Drive away from Whole Foods and Pho 75....

Quiet and convenient hotel. Nice and helpful staff, especially Parish and a young guy with big hair working in the afternoon and evening.

The hotel was clean & a short walk from the Metro Station, exactly what we wanted! A bonus was that it was in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants nearby.

There are things that are not as advertised. There is no hot breakfast, only a brown lunch bag that they’d give out. Everyday is the same: pre-packaged bagel, cream cheese, small apple juice. There is no elevator so if you have a couple suitcases and stay at the second floor, my thoughts and prayers are for you.

The parking could be better. We enjoyed the bag breakfast and the coffee area.

Zimmer waren ok. Aber das Frühstück nur eine Tüte mit einem trockenem Bagel, 1 Schmierkäse und Apfelsaft. KEIN Frühstücksraum! Lage gut Metro 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Overall was okay for the price, but there was no continental breakfast as stated, and the bed seemed to be in poor repair.

Die Unterkunft entspricht dem Preisniveau. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Frühstück gebucht, dieses bestand aber nur aus einem Lunchbag (Bagel, Apfel, Frischkäse, Saft) Das haben wir in der Buchung anders interpretiert und jeden Tag einen trockenen Bagel ist uns etwas zu wenig gewesen. Kaffee gab es aber immer frei. Das Zimmer bot alles was angeboten wurde. Kosmetische Makel sind natürlich in dieser Kategorie stets vorhanden, sind aber absolut kein KO-Kriterium für dieses Hotel. Die Nähe zur Metrostation (zu Fuß <10 Min.) und die ruhige Lage sind ein großer Pluspunkt für dieses Hotel.
