Staff was very uninviting. They all looked bored as I approached the plastic shield separating us. Two times I needed something and they made me feel like I was interrupting them from something.

The hotel had a good layout, but there was barely any staff and it was very dirty with cigarette butts and pizza crusts laying in the hallway. There were no bugs in the hotel though, so I was thankful for that.

It was possibly the most absolutely disgusting hotel I have prolly ever stayed in the bed was a queen when were supposed to have a king pulled the sheets back and and the sheets were dirty with dirt and l black spots in the bed the bathroom had mold in it the floor was gross to walk on there was ants in the bathroom we were switched rooms and got the right sized bed but besides that nothing was anything better we ended up buying sheets and pillows from Walmart and pillows because those were a joke the towels had dirt spots and hair on them I can go on all day it was a horrible experience I would have rather sleep in the car

Bugs everywhere in the hallways 0/10

We booked here because we had stayed here a year or so ago and it was decent for a low priced place. They were remodeling and the room we had was clean, well supplied and comfortable. This time? Disaster. The whole hotel smelled bad. We had to go buy room freshener for our room. We had a king and they only gave us 2 sad flat pillows. There were NO towels or washcloths. We had to go back to the front desk twice for standard supplies. The extra pillows were also flat and sad. The towels smelled and felt clean but were stained and ragged. We killed 2 cockroaches . If I hadn't sacrificed my keycash and wasn't so pressed for time, we would have checked out immediately.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Fui muito bem recebido e recebi todo o suporte necessário durante a estadia.

Would definitely be back but it need upgrades been staying here since 2015 definitely need upgrades ASAP

All hardware in the room were falling off and not even a vent in the bath

Location was good, walking in it looked a bit run down. Thought the rooms might be better. We had the suite, with hot tub. Seemed fine, then roaches starting coming out. Went to front desk letting them know I did not want to stay. I have not gotten a refund or my security deposit back yet.

Bonjour Je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre des avis négatifs mais là c’est quand même chaud ! Matelas non confort ( on sentait les ressorts ) Télé qui m’était des images en vert ou pas d’images Meubles casser ou très abîmé ! Sol très sale ! Avec des taches de partout Micro-ondes très sale ! 1 seule prise pour une chambre de minimum 2 personnes Salle de bain : mon dieux !! Du moisi sur les serviettes et dans la baignoire ! Le sol très sale et les toilettes aussi La lumière qui fonctionnait quand elle avait envi ( lumière très faible ) Sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas Les murs et la porte était du carton ( du bruit toute la nuit et le matin dans les couloirs ! ) Les cages d’escalier était horrible aussi ! Des mégots de cigarette, des paquets de cigarettes et des déchets partout ! Ça sentait le pipi enfin c’était horrible ! Et pour finir cette odeur de drogue dans les couloirs de l’hôtel ( à l’intérieur ) !!!! Alors qu’il nous a répété au moins 4 fois qu’il ne fallait pas fumé dans l’hotel Le personnel pas du tout sympas ! Enfin il n’y avait rien qui allait !!!!!

Eine günstige Unterkunft direkt bei den Universl Studios. Wer allerdings Luxus möchte ist hier falsch.

A comfortable place to stay while visiting the area at, reasonable rates

A ver, es un hotel práctico, gran ubicación, el check in/out bien, desayuno solo café en la habitación, vas caminando a los parques, está limpio, funciona todo, ahora si querés lujos y que no haya olor a marihuana en los pasillos y que te cambien la toalla todos los días, enfrente están los 5 estrellas de Universal y por 3 veces más consigas lugar, parada de autobús enfrente, restaurantes cercas, linda zona, está muy bien, hay que tener en cuenta que solo vas a dormir, estás todo el día en los parques, el outlet más cerca está a 10 minutos o menos en bus desde la puerta del hotel.

My room was clean but only one towel, so I had to ask for another. I am a big guy and need a bigger towel. The staff was friendly and super nice. I had to leave early, and they refunded my unused day without any problems. There is a steak house connected and it was a great option to not have to drive for dinner. The location is right off of I-4 so that was super handy.

This property was not right in so many ways. From the beds to the bath it was very poor. Non existent ice machines at every floor, no phone in the room and the shower handle faced the cold side when it was actually hot. Even something as basic as the pillows were not acceptable. I don't like to give a totally bad review but I have nothing good to say about the stay.

This entire hotel was dirty and drunk of mildew. First room they put us in had a door to the adjoining room that did not close. People were yelling and banging on doors in the hallway past 3am. Cigarette smoking in the hallways and elevators. Room was dirty with rust over everything including the lamp shades. We left after a few hours and do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Pas de débarbouillette, frigo ne fonctionne pas, senteur de cannabis dans l'hôtel, on prend les serviettes et on en donne pas d'autre. Lit peu confortable.
