Genial la atención, el desayuno y la ubicación

The hotel is in a good location. 2 minutes walk and there is a place to eat, pharmacy, grocery shop. Breakfast at the hotel is standard (different types of bread/pastries, cheese/sausage, omelet, potatoes, sliced fruits/vegetables). The numbers need to be renewed. Personally, my room was dirty, the furniture was all from the 90s. The sink didn't work at all, the toilet was flushed not even the first time. But there was no desire to clarify the relationship. I arrived in Santiago at 6 a.m., I was already at the hotel at 7 a.m. The hotel is full, there are no available rooms. Check-in only from 3 p.m. A few weeks before arrival, I wrote through messages to the hotel - no answers.

Bien ubicado, buen desayuno, pero vi detalles y protocolos de limpieza en las habitaciones que no me parecieron bien.

Bien situé, près de la station de métro, bcp de restaurants autour, chambre propre, mais vieillot, surtout salle de bain

Ótimo hotel e bem localizado.

Confesso que me decepcionou. O banheiro principalmente com banheira antiga e uma cortina horrivel. Ou ficava no escuro e encostando no plastico ou molha o banheiro inteiro. Quarto com carpete e escuro. Nao gostei. Funcionários do cafe da manha pareciam de mau humor.

Sim, o hotel é bonito, bem cuidado, em uma rua arborizada, segura e bem localizada. A equipe foi gentil e o café da manhã foi excelente. No ultimo andar, uma piscina aquecida agradavel! Só achei ruim não haver um frigobar ou uma maquina de venda de bebidas no hotel. Cheguei muito tarde e tive que ir na rua comprar agua para ter no quarto. Pertissimo do hotel ha uma Smart Fit e tambem um ponto de onibus onde se pega o onibus de turismo hop on hop off. Muito bom!
